本发明公开了一种粉饼及其制备方法，采用的材料包括一定重量份数的铁白粉、玉米粉、滑石粉、高岭土、硅酮、甘油、十八醇、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、山茶籽油、酒石酸氢钾、尼泊金乙酯，使用时涂在面部，具有遮瑕的效果，同时能为皮肤提供营养，长期使用具有滋养、美白效果，且制备方法简单、无任何有害的添加剂，十分安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化领域，尤其涉及一种滋养、美白效果好的粉饼及其制备方法。
背景技术
粉饼，由多种粉体原料(包括颜料)及黏合剂(油脂成分)经混合、压制而成的饼状固体美容制品，具有遮盖、附着、涂展、赋色、修饰的功能，但是现有的粉饼，其对皮肤没有滋养、美白效果。
因此，需要一种技术方案以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能为皮肤遮瑕，且滋养、美白效果好的粉饼及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的粉饼采用的技术方案如下：
一种粉饼，包括如下重量份数的组分：
铁白粉2～5份；玉米粉10～20份；滑石粉20～40份；高岭土10～20份；硅酮2～5份；甘油0.5～2份；十八醇5～10份；酒石酸氢钾5～10份；甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯1～3份；山茶籽油1～3份；尼泊金乙酯0.1～0.3份。
本发明的粉饼的制备方法的技术方案，包括以下步骤：
(1)将称好的铁白粉、玉米粉、滑石粉、高岭土加入到容器中粉碎成细度在75～85；
(2)将步骤(1)所得溶液加入到硅酮中搅拌至完全溶解；
(3)将甘油、十八醇、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、山茶籽油加入到烧杯中，加热溶解；
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)溶解混合，加入酒石酸氢钾、尼泊金乙酯充分混合，然后低温处理；
(5)步骤(4)所得，冲压成型。
其中，步骤(1)中细度为80。
步骤(3)中加热温度为50℃。
本发明的粉饼及其制备方法与现有技术相比，使用时涂在面部，具有遮瑕的效果，同时能为皮肤提供营养，长期使用具有滋养、美白效果，且制备方法简单、无任何有害的添加剂，十分安全。

实施例1：
采用如下重量份数的材料：
铁白粉2份；玉米粉10份；滑石粉20份；高岭土10份；硅酮2份；甘油0.5份；十八醇5份；酒石酸氢钾5份；甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯1份；山茶籽油1份；尼泊金乙酯0.1份。
本发明的粉饼的制备方法的技术方案，包括以下步骤：
(1)将称好的铁白粉、玉米粉、滑石粉、高岭土加入到容器中粉碎成细度在75～85；
(2)将步骤(1)所得溶液加入到硅酮中搅拌至完全溶解；
(3)将甘油、十八醇、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、山茶籽油加入到烧杯中，加热溶解；
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)溶解混合，加入酒石酸氢钾、尼泊金乙酯充分混合，然后低温处理；
(5)步骤(4)所得，冲压成型。
其中，步骤(1)中细度为80。
步骤(3)中加热温度为50℃。
实施例2：
优选采用如下重量份数的材料：
铁白粉3份；玉米粉15份；滑石粉30份；高岭土15份；硅酮3份；甘油1份；十八醇5份；酒石酸氢钾8份；甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯2份；山茶籽油2份；尼泊金乙酯0.2份。

1.一种粉饼，其特征在于，包括如下重量份数的组分：
铁白粉2～5份；玉米粉10～20份；滑石粉20～40份；高岭土10～20份；硅酮2～5份；甘油0.5～2份；十八醇5～10份；酒石酸氢钾5～10份；甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯1～3份；山茶籽油1～3份；尼泊金乙酯0.1～0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粉饼，其特征在于，优选如下重量份数的组分：
铁白粉3份；玉米粉15份；滑石粉30份；高岭土15份；硅酮3份；甘油1份；十八醇5份；酒石酸氢钾8份；甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯2份；山茶籽油2份；尼泊金乙酯0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粉饼的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
