本发明公开了一种高耐污环保内墙涂料及其制备方法,该高耐污环保内墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成:水50-95份、钛白粉25-53份、滑石粉20-35份、润湿剂6-14份、聚乙烯醇5-9份、增稠剂0.1-1.5份、丙烯脂乳液0.1-3.5份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋0.1-3.3份和乳化剂0.5-1.8份。本发明高耐污环保内墙涂料制备时采用丙烯脂乳液,提高了涂料的保色性;同时添加了苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋和聚乙烯醇,无毒、无味、涂膜坚硬,保光性、耐久性和耐污性好。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种高耐污环保内墙涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
内墙涂料是一种用于建筑物内墙起到装饰作用的涂料,随着居住环境的改善和科学技术的进步,人们对于建筑内墙装饰涂料提出了越来越高的环保要求。尤其是VOC(挥发性有机化合物)导致的安全环保问题日益受到人们的重视和关注,市场上一些低品质的涂料损害人体健康,严重的会导致癌症,因此无味,不含VOC,具有抗甲醛、抗菌的绿色环保涂料更易于被消费者接受。传统内墙涂料由于漆膜比较疏松,无法形成真正密实的漆膜,达不到很好的耐污效果。
发明内容
    本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种颜色一致无色差、无味,无毒,保色性、耐水性、耐洗性好的高耐污环保内墙涂料。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种高耐污环保内墙涂料,该高耐污环保内墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水50-95份、钛白粉25-53份、滑石粉20-35份、润湿剂6-14份、聚乙烯醇5-9份、增稠剂0.1-1.5份、丙烯脂乳液0.1-3.5份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋0.1-3.3份和乳化剂0.5-1.8份。

本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:所述高耐污环保内墙涂料的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取钛白粉25-53份和滑石粉20-35份混合均匀;
2)提取步骤1的混合物放入反应釜,添加水50-95份搅拌均匀;
3)提取步骤2的混合液高速搅拌,添加润湿剂6-14份、聚乙烯醇5-9份和增稠剂0.1-1.5份;
4)降低搅拌速度,加入丙烯脂乳液0.1-3.5份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋0.1-3.3份和乳化剂0.5-1.8份,匀速分散20分钟至浆料细度达到要求,即为高耐污环保内墙涂料成品。
本发明高耐污环保内墙涂料的有益效果是:所述高耐污环保内墙涂料制备时采用丙烯脂乳液,提高了涂料的保色性;同时添加了苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋和聚乙烯醇,无毒、无味、涂膜坚硬,保光性、耐久性和耐污性好。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本发明的一种高耐污环保内墙涂料,该高耐污环保内墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水50份、钛白粉25份、滑石粉20份、润湿剂6份、聚乙烯醇5份、增稠剂0.1份、丙烯脂乳液0.1份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋0.1份和乳化剂0.5份。
所述高耐污环保内墙涂料的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取钛白粉25份和滑石粉20份混合均匀;
2)提取步骤1的混合物放入反应釜,添加水50份搅拌均匀;
3)提取步骤2的混合液高速搅拌,添加润湿剂6份、聚乙烯醇5份和增稠剂0.1份;
4)降低搅拌速度,加入丙烯脂乳液0.1份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋0.1份和乳化剂0.5份,匀速分散20分钟至浆料细度达到要求,即为高耐污环保内墙涂料成品。

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐污环保内墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水95份、钛白粉53份、滑石粉35份、润湿剂14份、聚乙烯醇9份、增稠剂1.5份、丙烯脂乳液3.5份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋3.3份和乳化剂1.8份。

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐污环保内墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水75份、钛白粉43份、滑石粉28份、润湿剂10份、聚乙烯醇7份、增稠剂0.7份、丙烯脂乳液2份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋2份和乳化剂1.2份。
实施例4
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐污环保内墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水55份、钛白粉30份、滑石粉25份、润湿剂8份、聚乙烯醇6份、增稠剂0.4份、丙烯脂乳液0.6份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋0.3份和乳化剂0.8份。
实施例5
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐污环保内墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水90份、钛白粉49份、滑石粉33份、润湿剂12份、聚乙烯醇8份、增稠剂1.3份、丙烯脂乳液3.2份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋3份和乳化剂1.4份。

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐污环保内墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水65份、钛白粉34份、滑石粉26份、润湿剂11份、聚乙烯醇7份、增稠剂1.1份、丙烯脂乳液2.3份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋2.1份和乳化剂1.2份。

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐污环保内墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水77份、钛白粉43份、滑石粉31份、润湿剂8份、聚乙烯醇7份、增稠剂0.9份、丙烯脂乳液1.6份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋1.9份和乳化剂0.9份。
实施例8
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐污环保内墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水85份、钛白粉38份、滑石粉24份、润湿剂13份、聚乙烯醇8份、增稠剂1.3份、丙烯脂乳液2.6份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋1.7份和乳化剂1.1份。

1.一种高耐污环保内墙涂料,其特征在于:该高耐污环保内墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水50-95份、钛白粉25-53份、滑石粉20-35份、润湿剂6-14份、聚乙烯醇5-9份、增稠剂0.1-1.5份、丙烯脂乳液0.1-3.5份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋0.1-3.3份和乳化剂0.5-1.8份。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的高耐污环保内墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比提取钛白粉25-53份和滑石粉20-35份混合均匀;
2)提取步骤1的混合物放入反应釜,添加水50-95份搅拌均匀;
3)提取步骤2的混合液高速搅拌,添加润湿剂6-14份、聚乙烯醇5-9份和增稠剂0.1-1.5份;
4)降低搅拌速度,加入丙烯脂乳液0.1-3.5份、苯乙烯一丙烯酸醋0.1-3.3份和乳化剂0.5-1.8份,匀速分散20分钟至浆料细度达到要求,即为高耐污环保内墙涂料成品。
