本发明涉及涂料，尤其涉及一种聚乙烯醇钙塑涂料。
背景技术
传统的聚乙烯醇钙塑涂料通常用作内墙涂装，但其涂料硬度低，不耐擦洗，光泽暗淡。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种聚乙烯醇钙塑涂料，解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种聚乙烯醇钙塑涂料，包括聚乙烯醇12-18份，磷酸10-16份，氢氧化钙170-210份，轻质碳酸钙340-400份，重晶石粉20-30份，玻璃粉20-30份，尿素18-22份，邻苯二甲酸二丁酯20-50份，乙二胺10-16份，水350-450份。
生产时，先在反应釜中加水，加热升温到60℃时加入聚乙烯醇，搅拌溶解，继续升温至95℃时使聚乙烯醇全部溶解，降温至80℃，加入磷酸，保温反应25min，再加入尿素，混合均匀；降温至40℃加入乙二胺、氢氧化钙、轻质碳酸钙、重晶石粉、玻璃粉和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，搅拌均匀并经胶体磨研磨至细度合格，即得成品。
本发明的涂料硬度高、耐擦漆、正看入瓷、侧看如镜、光泽优雅。
具体实施方式
实施例1：包括聚乙烯醇12份，磷酸10份，氢氧化钙170份，轻质碳酸钙340份，重晶石粉20份，玻璃粉20份，尿素18份，邻苯二甲酸二丁酯20份，乙二胺10份，水350份。
实施例2：包括聚乙烯醇15份，磷酸13份，氢氧化钙190份，轻质碳酸钙400份，重晶石粉25份，玻璃粉25份，尿素20份，邻苯二甲酸二丁酯35份，乙二胺13份，水400份。
实施例3：包括聚乙烯醇18份，磷酸16份，氢氧化钙210份，轻质碳酸钙400份，重晶石粉30份，玻璃粉30份，尿素22份，邻苯二甲酸二丁酯50份，乙二胺16份，水450份。
生产时，先在反应釜中加水，加热升温到60℃时加入聚乙烯醇，搅拌溶解，继续升温至95℃时使聚乙烯醇全部溶解，降温至80℃，加入磷酸，保温反应25min，再加入尿素，混合均匀；降温至40℃加入乙二胺、氢氧化钙、轻质碳酸钙、重晶石粉、玻璃粉和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，搅拌均匀并经胶体磨研磨至细度合格，即得成品。
综上所述，本发明的涂料硬度高、耐擦漆、正看入瓷、侧看如镜、光泽优雅。
