Abstract

Zur Herstellung von Dentalmassen aus zwei oder mehreren pastösen und/oder flüssigen Komponenten dient eine Vorrichtung, bei der mittels einer Steuereinrichtung (16, 17) die Drehzahl des rotierenden Elements (21) eines dynamischen Mischers (1) stufenlos steuerbar ist. Gegebenenfalls sind auch die Vorschubgeschwindigkeiten von Kolben, die in die einzelnen Komponenten enthaltenden Kartuschen (2-5) eingreifen, unabhängig voneinander steuerbar. Die Steuerung kann aufgrund der über eine Codierung (20) der Kartuschen (2-5) erfassten Materialeigenschaften der einzelnen Komponenten und/oder entsprechend über Regler (23-25) vorgegebenen Eigenschaften wie Viskosität und Abbindezeit des fertigen Gemisches erfolgen. Auf diese Weise lassen sich mit einer einzigen Mischvorrichtung ohne Änderung der in diese eingelegten Komponenten Gemische unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzung und Eigenschaften herstellen.
