Ledit collier est caractérisé en ce que le centre de la bande métallique (1) formant le collier comporte, sur sa surface intérieure, une nervure saillante (3) arrivant à proximité des embouts de l'une et l'autre des extrémités de la bande, le bord de l'extrémité de chaque côté inférieur de la pièce inférieure articulée de pontage étant pourvu de petites encoches centrales perpendiculaires (10 et 11) en forme de 'U' destinées à permettre l'introduction de la nervure centrale (3) dans lesdites encoches.
