Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un biberon et à un procédé de préparation de ce biberon, qui n'émet pas d'hormone environnementale, telle que le bisphénol-A, et qui possède plus de 30 fois le niveau excellent de résistance à la chaleur répétitive. Cette invention se caractérise en ce qu'on prépare d'abord une préforme par injection par fusion d'une résine d'homopolyester ou d'une résine de copolyester contenant 85 à 100 % en mole de diméthyl-2,6-naphtalène dicarboxylate (NDC) et en produisant ensuite ledit biberon en réchauffant à nouveau et en moulant par soufflage la préforme ainsi préparée dans les conditions suivantes: viscosité inhérente de l'homopolyester ou du copolyester: 0,68 à 0,83 dl/g; température de réchauffage de la préforme: 160 à 210 °C; et rapport d'étirement entre la direction verticale et la direction horizontale pendant l'opération de moulage par soufflage: 1,5 à 2,5 fois.
