- a base coat agent on the nail, it was possible to protect the nail and improve the adhesiveness of the artificial nail.
- an artificial nail forming device as a set, even beginners can arbitrarily produce high-quality artificial nails. It was possible to shape.
- the invention of the method comprises applying a base coat agent on the nail, layering a photocurable resin composition on the base coat agent to form a bare nail, and irradiating visible light with the bare nail.
- This is a method for forming an artificial nail, characterized in that the artificial nail is cured, and then the cured bare nail is shaped and finish-polished.
- a base coating agent is applied on the nail, a photocurable resin composition is layered on the base coating agent to form a bare nail, and a surface coating agent is applied on the bare nail. Thereafter, the bare nail may be cured by irradiating it with visible light.
- the base coat agent may be one containing ethyl acetate, toluene, butyl acetate, and nitrocellulose as main components.
- the photocurable resin composition may be one obtained by adding a photopolymerization initiator to a raw material component comprising an ethylenically unsaturated compound and a thermoplastic resin.
- a molecule containing at least two (meth) acryloyl groups in the molecule for example, ethylene glycol di (meth) acrylate, polyethylene glycol di (meth) acrylate is employed. be able to.
- thermoplastic resin a resin that maintains a solid state at normal temperature, for example, an acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer or an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer can be used.
- photopolymerization initiator a known photopolymerization initiator can be used.
- benzoinbenzoin methyl ether can be used.
- the above-mentioned ethylenically unsaturated compound and the above-mentioned thermoplastic resin are blended to form a raw material component of a photo-curable resin composition.
- the blending ratio is: ethylenically unsaturated compound 5 to 70% by weight, thermoplastic resin It is preferably in the range of 30 to 95% by weight.
- the mixing ratio of the photopolymerization initiator is preferably 0.01 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the raw material component.
- another invention is directed to a light source for irradiating a photo-curable resin (for example, a visible light lamp such as a halogen lamp or a light-emitting diode), a protector for forming an artificial nail, a packaged photo-curable resin composition, and a package.
- a photo-curable resin for example, a visible light lamp such as a halogen lamp or a light-emitting diode
- a protector for forming an artificial nail for example, a visible light lamp such as a halogen lamp or a light-emitting diode
- An artificial base coating agent It is a nail forming tool set.
- an artificial nail forming tool set characterized by setting a packaged surface coating agent and a finishing tool in addition to the above.
- the photocurable resin composition may be a material obtained by adding a photopolymerization initiator to a raw material component comprising an ethylenically unsaturated compound and a thermoplastic resin, provided that the composition is harmless to the human body.
- a photocurable dental composition Japanese Patent Publication No. Hei 4-4-2623, Japanese Patent Publication No. Hei 5-3) 9 398) is suitable.
- the components of the ethylenically unsaturated compound, the thermoplastic resin, and the photopolymerization initiator in the photocurable resin composition, and the mixing ratio thereof can be the same as in the method of the invention.
- the artificial nail forming protector plays a role of protecting a finger and forming a nail, and is configured to be fitted on a finger.
- the above-mentioned base coating agent was used for the primary purpose of protecting self-nail and improving adhesiveness with an artificial nail mainly using ethyl acetate, toluene, butyl acetate and nitrocellulose as main agents. Although it also functions to clean its own nails and maintain its smoothness, components that can achieve this purpose are appropriately mixed in.
- the surface coating agent is used for the purpose of smoothing the surface of the artificial nail and coloring as necessary. For example, any color can be selected without being caught by the color tone of the photocurable resin composition.
- a synthetic paste can be used as the surface coating agent.
- the artificial nail forming tool set of the present invention can add a conventional nail setting set (nail clipper, nail polisher, coating agent, etc.), and can also add nail oil. It is more convenient to store a light source other than the light source for irradiating the photocurable resin in a bag or other container. According to the present invention, since the base coating agent is applied when forming the artificial nail, there is an effect of protecting the own nail and improving the adhesiveness with the artificial nail.
- FIG. 3 is an enlarged partial cross-sectional view of the same when an artificial nail is formed.
- FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a set other than the light source in a bag.
- a base layer 2 made of a base coat agent is provided on the surface of the nail 1, and a photo-curable resin composition (for example, a photo-curable dental composition manufactured by NOF Corporation) is provided on the base layer 2.
- a photo-curable resin composition for example, a photo-curable dental composition manufactured by NOF Corporation
- the bare nail 3 is formed, and then the surface coat layer 4 is provided. Then, light is irradiated from a halogen lamp (1.5 to 4 minutes) to cure the bare nail 3.
- the artificial nail 6 is formed by polishing and shaping the surface and the side face and finish polishing.
- nail oil is applied to form an oil layer 5
- a more beautiful artificial nail 6 can be obtained.
- the finger can be protected by using the artificial nail forming protector 12 (FIG. 3), which is configured to fit on the finger. Since the protector 12 also has a role of a nail forming die, even a beginner can safely form a well-made artificial nail 6.

- Component name Content (% by weight)
- Nitrocellulose 1 1.00
- the base coat agent is an example, and is not limited to this component amount.
- the surface coat layer 4 is provided after the bare nail 3 is formed, and light irradiation by a halogen lamp is performed.
- the halogen is immediately formed after the bare nail 3 is formed without providing the surface coat layer 4.
- the bare nail 3 can be cured by irradiating light from a lamp.
- the artificial nail former set shown in Fig. 3 contains a packaged light-curable resin composition, such as a dental composition 7, a packaged base coat 8, a packaged surface coat 9, a nail oil 10 and an artificial nail.
- a packaged light-curable resin composition such as a dental composition 7, a packaged base coat 8, a packaged surface coat 9, a nail oil 10 and an artificial nail.
- the required amount of protector 12 and nail polish 13 (for example, 20 nails) are put into a bag 11 as a set, except for the packaged surface coating agent 9, nail oil 10, nail polish 13, etc. Or, in addition to other finishing tools, etc., necessary items can be selected and put in the bag 11 as appropriate.
- Light source for irradiation for example, halogen lamp for generating visible light Can be sold as a combination set.
- finishing tools such as packaged surface coating agent 9, nail oil 10 and nail polish 13, even beginners can use them to form well-made artificial nails.
