Abstract
Verfahren zum Fertigstellen von spanlos umgeformten Gelenkaussenteilen (30, 40) für Gleichlaufgelenke; die Gelenkaussenteile (30, 40) haben eine Längsachse und eine in Richtung der Längsachse verlaufende Innenausnehmung (60, 70), die im wesentlichen in Richtung der Längsachse hinterschnittfrei ist; in der Innenausnehmung (60, 70) sind Bahnen (31-33) ausgebildet; die Bahnen (31-33) weisen Kontaktzonen (34-39) zum abrollenden Kontakt von Rollkörpern auf, gekennzeichnet durch die Reihenfolge der Verfahrensschritte: spanloses Umformen des Gelenkaussenteils (30, 40), Oberflächenhärten der Innenausnehmung (60, 70) zumindest über die Länge der Kontaktzonen (34-39) zum Erzeugen einer gehärteten Randschicht zumindest im Bereich der Kontaktzonen (34-39) über einer ungehärteten Matrix (61), Kalibrieren der Kontaktzonen (34-39) auf Radialmass und axiale Linearität durch Verlagern der oberflächengehärteten Randschicht im Bereich der Kontaktzonen (34-39) innerhalb der ungehärteten Matrix (61).
