Abstract

Cette invention peut être utilisée dans le domaine des machines-outils, de la construction et de la métallurgie. Cette invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication de produits semi-finis en mousse d'aluminium, lequel assure un chauffage uniforme de l'ébauche, exclut toute déformation de celle-ci suite à un traitement thermique, et réduit la consommation d'énergie thermique non utilisée. Ce dispositif comprend une chambre de chauffage, ainsi qu'une sole mobile où l'on place les ébauches et qui se présente sous forme d'au moins une grille faite d'un matériau réfractaire ayant une faible capacité thermique. Sur chaque grille se trouve un réseau où l'on place les ébauches. L'étirement du réseau permet aux ébauches de conserver une surface plane. Les dimensions des cellules de la grille sont choisies de manière à exclure toute courbure de celle-ci sous le poids des ébauches, tandis que les dimensions des cellules du réseau sont choisies de manière à exclure tout écoulement du matériau dont est faite l'ébauche dans les ouvertures desdites cellules.
