Abstract

L'invention concerne des articles de bonneterie tubulaires munis de bretelles, d'attaches et de plusieurs ouvertures pour les jambes ou les bras, le procédé de fabrication de ces articles évitant de préférence les étapes habituelles de découpe et de couture. Cette invention permet notamment, grâce à une sélection d'aiguilles adaptée à la grille de jacquard destinée à être élaborée et au cycle de fonctionnement du métier à tricoter, la séparation et la reprise automatique programmée de rangées de mailles dans des aires ou zones définies. On obtient ainsi au moins une ouverture ou une attache (5, 5A), munie le cas échéant d'un revers simple ou double. Cette invention permet notamment d'éliminer presque totalement la production de chutes de tissus, généralement coûteuse, engendrée par les étapes de découpe et de couture.
