Abstract

Präparationen, enthaltend: a) wenigstens ein Oxid mit einer mittleren Primärpartikelgröße von 1 bis 100 nm, bevorzugt von 1 bis 50 nm; b) wenigstens ein Dispergiermittel mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht MW von größer 1000 g/mol; und c) wenigstens ein Lösungsmittel, eignen sich besonders zur Herstellung von Drucktinten, die mit dem Ink-Jet-Verfahren als strukturierte Flächen auf einem transparenten hochschmelzenden Substrat aufgebracht werden. Nach dem Sintern unter reduzierender Atmosphäre entstehen transparente elektrisch leitende Schichten.
