Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Drehgelenk mit einem ersten (1) und zweiten Drehgelenkteil (2), die auf einem Verbindungsbolzen (3) drehbar gelagert sind. Zum Öffnen des Drehgelenks im Notfall wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Verbindungsbolzen (3) über ein kraftbeaufschlagendes Element aus seiner Verankerung schiebbar ist und dadurch die Drehgelenkteile (1, 2) freigibt.

Description

Notentriegelungssystem für Drehgelenke
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Drehgelenk mit einem ersten und zweiten Drehgelenkteil, die auf einem Verbindungsbolzen drehbar gelagert sind. Unter einem Drehgelenk ist auch ein Scharnier verstanden.
Drehgelenke der gattungsgemäßen Art werden in vielfältiger Weise, z. B. an Türen, verwendet.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Drehgelenk nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 so zu verbessern, daß im Notfall, z. B. bei einem Unfall im Kraftfahrzeugbereich, die Verbindung der beiden Drehgelenkteile freigegeben wird.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß der Verbindungsbolzen über ein kraftbeaufschlagendes Element aus seiner Verankerung schiebbar ist und dadurch die Drehgelenkteile freigibt.
Das kraftbeaufschlagende Element kann z. B. ein Feder-, Schlag-, Stoß-, Zug- oder Schersystem sein.
In bevorzugter Ausführungsform ist das kraftbeaufschlagende Element ein pyrotechni- sches Element, bei dessen Anzündung ein Treibgas erzeugt wird, welches auf den Verbindungsbolzen so einwirkt, daß dieser von seiner Verankerungsstellung in die Offenstellung geschoben wird.
Hierzu weist vorteilhafterweise der Verbindungsbolzen eine auskragende Erweiterung auf, die in einer Bohrung geführt ist und diese Erweiterung vom Treibgas kraftbeaufschlagt ist. Zweckmäßigerweise ist der Verbindungsbolzen über einen Sicherungsring in der Verankerungsstellung gesichert und dieser Sicherungsring wird bei der Kraftbeaufschlagung des Verbindungsbolzens abgestreift.
Bevorzugt wird das Drehgelenk in Panzerfahrzeugen verwendet.
Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Figur, die nachfolgend beschrieben ist.
Mit den Bezugszeichen 1 und 2 sind zwei Drehgelenkteile eines Drehgelenks bzw. Scharniers bezeichnet, die über einen Verbindungsbolzen 3 miteinander drehbar befestigt sind. Der Verbindungsbolzen 3 weist an seinem einen Ende eine auskragende Erweiterung 5 auf, die in einer Bohrung 6 geführt ist. Oberhalb dieser Erweiterung ist ein Druckraum 8 angeordnet, der mit einem pyrotechnischen Element 4 verbunden ist. Befestigt ist der Verbindungsbolzen 3 über einen Sicherungsring 7. Die Bohrung 6 ist an ihrem unteren Ende mit einer Verschlußkappe 9 verschlossen.
Das pyrotechnische Element 4 besteht aus einem elektrischen Anzündelement 10 (z. B. Anzündpille) und einer Treibladung 11.
Vorteilhafterweise wird dieses Drehgelenk an der Tür eines Panzerfahrzeugs verwendet. Im Notfall wird das elektrische Anzündelement 10 des pyrotechnischen Elements 4 angezündet. Die entstehenden Anzündschwaden zünden die Treibladung 11 , worauf ein Druckgas entsteht. Dieses Druckgas strömt in den Druckraum 8 und kraftbe- aufschlagt die Erweiterung 5 und damit den Verbindungsbolzen 3 von der gezeigten Verankerungsstellung in die nicht gezeigte Offenstellung. Als Folge hiervon wird der Sicherungsring 7 abgestreift und der Verbindungsbolzen 3 rutscht bis zum Ende der Bohrung 6, die durch die Verschlußkappe 9 begrenzt ist. Die beiden Drehgelenkteile 1 , 2 werden freigegeben und die Tür des Panzerfahrzeugs fällt aus ihrer Verankerung.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Drehgelenk mit einem ersten (1 ) und zweiten Drehgelenkteil (2), die auf einem Verbindungsbolzen (3) drehbar gelagert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsbolzen (3) über ein kraftbeaufschlagendes Element aus seiner Verankerung schiebbar ist und dadurch die Drehgelenkteile (1 , 2) freigibt.
2. Drehgelenk nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das kraftbeaufschlagende Element ein Feder-, Schlag-, Stoß-, Zug- oder Schersystem ist.

Drehgelenk nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das kraftbeaufschlagende Element ein pyrotechnisches Element (4) ist, bei dessen Anzündung ein Treibgas erzeugt wird, welches auf den Verbindungsbolzen (3) so einwirkt, daß dieser von seiner Verankerungsstellung in die Offenstellung geschoben wird.
4. Drehgelenk nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsbolzen (3) eine auskragende Erweiterung (5) aufweist, die in eine Bohrung (6) geführt ist und diese Erweiterung (5) vom Treibgas kraftbeaufschlagbar ist.
5. Drehgelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsbolzen (3) über einen Sicherungsring (7) in der Verankerungsstellung gesichert ist und dieser Sicherungsring (7) bei der Kraftbeaufschlagung des Verbindungsbolzens (3) abgestreift wird.
6. Drehgelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drehgelenk in Panzerfahrzeugen verwendet wird.
