Abstract

L'invention concerne une automobile équipée d'un système d'essuie-glace, réuni en une unité modulaire. Le moteur d'entraînement (9) son mécanisme de sortie, le pivot du bras d'essuie-glace et son support, ainsi que d'éventuels éléments d'accouplement (15) entre le moteur d'entraînement et plusieurs pivots de bras d'essuie-glace sont réunis sur une plaque de montage (6) commune, de manière à former une unité modulaire munie d'un raccord électrique, câblée de manière autonome et pouvant être montée en tant que tout. Cette unité modulaire peut être vérifiée quant à sa fiabilité de fonctionnement avant le montage. L'unité modulaire peut être introduite depuis l'extérieur dans une découpe pratiquée dans une carrosserie, de manière que ladite découpe soit ensuite recouverte par la plaque de montage.
