右側のブラジャー 1 0は乳房の膨らみを補整するためのカップ部 1 1 と、 カツ プ部 1 1の下部側に接続して胸のまわりで一周させて設けるバンド部 1 2と、一 端側でカップ部 1 1につながり他端側でバンド部 1 2につながる肩紐 1 3とを有 する。 左側のブラジャー 2 0も同様にカップ部 2 1 とバンド部 2 2と肩紐 2 3と を有する。 バンド部 1 2、 2 2はその全体あるいは一部に伸縮性の素材を使用し, 胸位置でカップ部 1 1、 2 1が支持できるようにしている。 右側の乳房を補整するブラジャー 1 0ではカップ部 1 1の内側に補充パッド Ί 4を装着して乳房の膨らみを補充して補整する。 なお、 本明細書で補充パッドと いう場合は手術等で切除された乳房を補整するためのパッドの意味であり、 健常 な乳房を補整するパッドとは異なる意味で用いる。 補充パッド 1 4の素材として はシリコーンゴム等の柔軟性があってフイツト感がよく、 安定して装着できるも のがよい。 また、 直接肌に接することから感触がよいもの、 また通気性等を考慮 して選択する。 また、 使用者に合わせて補充パッド 1 4の形状、 サイズ等が選択 できるように形成する。
図 2、 3に示すようにブラジャー 1 0、 2 0は左右の乳房の位置に合わせて各 々カップ部 1 1、 2 1を右側と左側に配置するが、 肩紐 1 3、 2 3はブラジャー 1 0、 2 0を組み合わせて着けた際に背中で交差するように配置している。 すな わち、 ブラジャー 1 0では右側にカップ部 1 1を配置するのに対して、 肩紐 1 3 は背中側に回されているバンド部 1 2側では力ップ部 1 1の配置位置とは反対の 右側につなぐようにする。
同様にブラジャー 2 0でも、 カップ部 2 1を左側に配置するのに対して、 肩紐 2 3は背中側のバンド部 2 2では力ップ部 1 1の配置位置とは反対の左側につな ぐ。
このように肩紐 1 3、 2 3をカップ部 1 1、 2 1の配置位置とは反対側でバン ド部 1 2、 2 2につなぐのは、 各々のブラジャー 1 0、 2 0が単独でも確実に装 着できるようにするためである。 バンド部 1 2、 2 2は伸縮力によりカップ部 1
1 、 2 1を胸位置で保持するが、 肩紐 1 3、 2 3を介することによりバンド部 1
2、 2 2による保持力と合わせてカップ部 1 1 、 2 1が胸にしっかりとあたるよ うに装着することができる。 なお、 肩紐 1 3、 2 3の長さはアジヤスタ 1 5、 2 5によって調節できる。
以上の構成により、 ブラジャー 1 0、 2 0は個別に独立して装着可能であるが、 ブラジャーを組み合わせて着用する際には、 乳房を手術した右側のブラジャー 1 0をはじめに着用し、 次に左側のブラジャー 2 0を着用する。 これは、 左側のブ ラジャー 2 0を外した状態で右側のブラジャー 1 0が着用されている状態にする ためである。 図 2に示すように、 右側のブラジャー 1 0ではバンド部 1 2が背中側で分離可 能に設けられ分離端にフック部 1 6を設けてフック部 1 6によりバンド部 1 2が 脱着可能となっている。 ブラジャー 1 0を着ける際は肩紐 1 3を通し、 カップ部 1 1の位置を合わせてフック部 1 6でバンド部 1 2を止めるようにすればよい。 1 7 aはカップ部 1 1を保形するためのワイヤ、 1 7 bはバンド部 1 2の側面部 分を保形するワイヤである。 1 8はバンド部 1 2の前面部であるが、 左右のブラ ジャー 1 0、 2 0を着けた場合はブラジャー 1 0、 2 0は体の前側で重ね合わさ れるから、 前面部 1 8をやや幅広に形成し、 斜めに流れるようにバンド部 1 2に つながるようにデザインしている。
図 3に示すように、 左側のブラジャー 2 0ではバンド部 2 2の前側にフック部 2 6を設け、 フック部 2 6でバンド部 2 2の脱着ができるようになつている。 フ ック部 2 6はブラジャー 2 0を着用した際にお側のブラジャー 1 0のカップ部 1 1の下側から若干右脇側に寄った位置に配置する。 このようにフック部 2 6をや や右寄りに配置するのは、 左側のブラジャー 2 0を着ける際に、 右側のブラジャ 一 1 0を左側のブラジャー 2 0で上から押さえつけるようにしてブラジャー全体 が確実に保持できるようにするためである。
左側のブラジャー 2 0も肩紐 2 3を通し、 カップ部 2 1の位置を合わせ、 フッ ク部 2 6でバンド部 2 2を止めることによって装着する。 図 1はこうしてブラジ ャ一1 0、 2 0を組み合わせて着用した状態である。 ブラジャーの前面部 2 8は 下側のブラジャー 1 0と交差して重ね合わさり、 肩紐 1 3、 2 3は背中で交差す るよつになる。
なお、 左側のブラジャー 2 0を着けた際はバンド部 2 2が右側のブラジャー 1 0のバンド部 1 2の上に重なるから、 実施形態では面ファスナーを用いて背中の 位置でバンド部 1 2、 2 2が互いに係止できるようにした。 図 3で 2 9はバンド 部 2 2の内側に取り付けた面ファスナーである。 面ファスナー 2 9はバンド部 1 2、 2 2での肩紐 1 3、 2 3の取り付け位置に合わせて左右に一つずつ設ける。 右側のブラジャー 1 0ではバンド部 1 2の外側に、 面ファスナー 2 9と係合する ファスナーを設けている。 このように面ファスナーを取り付けることにより、 ブ ラジャー 1 0、 2 0を組み合わせた際にバンド部 1 2、 2 2が背中部分で位置ず れしないようにすることができる。
図 4にブラジャーの装着状態を背中側から見た状態を示す。 右側のブラジャー 1 0と左側のブラジャー 2 0の肩紐が背中部分で交差してバンド部 1 2と 2 2に つながり、 バンド部 1 2の外側にバンド部 2 2があって、 面ファスナー 2 9によ つてバンド部 1 2にバンド部 2 2が取り付けられている。 このようなバンド部 1 2、 2 2と肩紐 1 3、 2 3の配置によりブラジャー 1 0、 2 0が確実に装着され るよつにな 。
本実施形態のブラジャーは上述した構成により、 外出などの際には図 1に示す ように左右のブラジャー 1 0、 2 0を組み合わせて着用することによって通常の ブラジャーと同様の形態になる。 右側のブラジャー 1 0ではカップ部 1 1に補充 パッド 1 4が装着されているから、 これによつてバストの形を補整することがで き、 外観上まったく問題のない補整がなされる。 補整が必要な右側のブラジャー 1 0の上に左側のブラジャー 2 0を交差させるように重ねて着けることによって、 補整した右側の力ップ部 1 1が位置ずれしたりすることを防止することができる。 補整した側はカップ部 1 1が位置ずれしやすいものであるが、 このように交差さ せて重ねる方式は、 位置ずれが防止できる点で有効である。
図 5は左側のブラジャー 2 0を外して右側のブラジャー 1 0のみを着けている 状態を示す。 本実施形態のブラジャーは、 上述したように左右のブラジャー 1 0、 2 0を分離して装着できることが特徴で、 自宅で部屋着を着てくつろいでいたい ようなときは、 左側のブラジャー 2 0を外して右側のブラジャー 1 0のみ着けて いることができる。 このように片側のブラジャー 1 0のみであれば、 健常な左側 の胸がブラジャーで圧迫されるという窮屈さから解放され、 体をリラックスさせ ることができる。 また、 暑い季節には左側を解放することで涼しくなる。
また、 右側のブラジャー 1 0を着けていれば、 左右のバストがアンバランスに なることもなくなるから、 部屋着を着ているような場合でもバス卜のバランスが とれないことを心配する必要がなくなり、 安心して部屋着を着ることができる。 また、 ブラジャー 1 0を着けていることで手術した部位が保護されることは使用 者に大きな安心感を与え、 手術部位が外部から見えないよう保護されていること から着衣を脱いだりすることも安心してできるという利点がある。 図 6〜 9は本発明に係るブラジャーの他の実施形態を示す。 本実施形態では上 記実施形態とは異なり、 右側のブラジャー 1 0が健常用で、 左側のブラジャー 2 0が補整用のものである。 左右のブラジャー 1 0、 2 0を分離して重ね合わせる ようにして装着すること、 補整用の左側のブラジャー 2 0に補充パッド 1 4を装 着することは上記実施形態と同様である。 本実施形態で特徴とするのは、 図 6、 7に示すように、 カップ部 1 1、 2 1と、 胸のまわりを一周させて設けるバンド 部 1 2、 2 2と、 肩紐 1 3、 2 3とを連続した一体形に形成した点にある。 左側のブラジャー 2 0ではカップ部 2 1 とバンド部 2 2と肩紐 2 3がつながつ ているから、 ブラジャーを着ける際には頭から被るようにして装着する。 右側の ブラジャー 1 0ではバンド部 1 2の中途にフック部 3 0を設けてバンド部 1 2が 分離できるようになつている。 フック部 3 0には係止形のフックあるいは面ファ スナ一等が使用できる。
図 8は実施形態のブラジャー 1 0、 2 0を着用した状態の斜視図である。 健常 側の右側のブラジャー 1 0を上にして装着することは前述した実施形態と同じで ある。 ブラジャー 1 0、 2 0の前面部が重なって装着されること、 フック部 3 0 が左脇側に寄った位置にあって左側のブラジャー 2 0を上からしっかりと止める ことができるようになつていることも前述した実施形態と同様である。
図 9はブラジャー 1 0、 2 0を装着した状態を背中側から見た状態である。 肩 紐 1 3、 2 3は左右のブラジャー 1 0、 2 0を装着した際に背中で交差するよう にして、 背中側でもしつかりと保持されるよう構成されている。 これらの構成も 前述した実施形態と同様である。
本実施形態のように、 カップ部 1 1、 2 1、 バンド部 1 2、 2 2、 肩紐 1 3、 2 3を一体形に形成した場合は、 比較的伸縮性の高い素材を使用することで着用 も容易であり、 着用後の位置ずれも防止できる。 とくに補充パッド 1 4を装着し た側を一体形に形成したのは、 位置ずれを確実に防止するためと、 補充パッド 1 4を設けた側のブラジャーはそれほど取り外しすることを要しないからである。 なお、 場合によっては左側のブラジャー 2 0もバンド部 2 2を分離できるように してフック部 3 0で着脱できるようにしてもよい。 左右ともバンド部 2 2を分離 できるようにした場合は、 左右のどちらの乳房が欠除する人であってもどちらか に補充パッド 1 4を装着して使用できるという利点がある。 また、 逆に、 右側の ブラジャー 1 0も一体形として左右とも一体形にすることもできる。
なお、 右側用あるいは左側用としてカップ部 1 1、 2 1に補充パッド 1 4を取 り付ける場合、 補充パッド 1 4をあらかじめ作り付けて提供することもできるし、 使用時にカップ部 1 1、 2 1に使用者が補充パッド 1 4を装着して使用するよう にしてもよい。 使用者によってカップのサイズ等が異なるから、 カップ部 1 1、 2 1の内面側に補充パッド 1 4を収納するポケット部を設けておき、 適宜補充パ ッドを装着して使用するようにする。 補充パッドが収納できるようにポケッ卜部 を健常者用のブラジャーにくらベて大きめに形成しておけばよい。 使用者がブラ ジャーとは別に補充パッドを有している場合には、 ポケット部を設けたブラジャ 一は汎用的に使用できる点で有用である。
上記実施形態では、 左右分離形のブラジャーを左右一対として装着する方法を 説明したが、 本発明に係る左右分離形のブラジャーは補充パッド 1 4を設ける側 のブラジャーを着けた上に、 通常の健常者用のブラジャーを重ねて着るといった 使い方も可能である。 この場合、 補充パッド 1 4を設けたブラジャーは乳房の補 完用として使用することになる。 通常の健常者用のブラジャーを装着することで 多様なデザインの商品を使用することが可能になる。
また、 上記実施形態では片側の乳房を失った人の補整用として使用する場合を 説明したが、 本発明に係るブラジャーは両側の乳房を失った人であっても使用す ることができる。 その場合は、 右側と左側のブラジャー 1 0、 2 0ともに、 カツ プ部に補充パッド 1 4を装着して使用すればよい。 ブラジャーは一体形のもので あっても、 バンド部がフック部 3 0で分離できる形式のものであっても使用可能 である。
また、 本発明に係るブラジャーは、 左右ともに健常な乳房を有する人が使用し ても有効である。 たとえば、 女性が授乳する際にはブラジャーの片側を外すよう にするが、 本発明に係るブラジャーであれば一方を外しても他方を着けたままに できるから、 授乳用のブラジャーとしても好適である。 健常者用の場合は、 左右 のブラジャー 1 0、 2 0のカップ部 1 1 、 2 1に補充パッド 1 4を装着する必要 はなく、 形を整えるだけの補整パッド、 ワイヤ程度を装着するだけでよい。 また 左右のブラジャー 1 0、 2 0とも装着しやすさを考慮してバンド部の前側にフ^ ク部を設けるようにしてもよい。 もちろん、 授乳用以外の用途に使用することも できる。
以上、 本発明に係るブラジャーの実施形態について説明したが、 ブラジャーの 形態としては、 前述したように、 型くずれ防止用のワイヤ 1 7 a、 2 7 aを取り 付けたり、 フック部 1 6、 2 6等に部分的にゴム等の弾性材を使用したりすると いったことが可能である。 また、 生地も通気性や肌触り、 吸湿性を考慮して選択 することができ、 レース生地等を使用することももちろん可能である。 また、 力 ップ部 1 1 、 2 1の形態や寸法、 肩紐 1 3、 2 3の吊り位置等のデザィンを適宜 変更することも可能である。

Claims

請求の範囲 . 左右の乳房を別個に保護、 補整する左右分離形のブラジャーであって、 一方の乳房を保護、 補整するカップ部と、
該カップ部の下部に接続し、 胸のまわりに一周して装着するバンド部と、 力ップ部の上部に一端側が取り付けられ肩部を通過した背中側で他端側が前 記バンド部に取り付けられた肩紐とを備えたことを特徴とするブラジャー。 . カップ部に、 補整用パッドあるいは補充用パッドを収納するポケット部が設 けられていることを特徴とする請求項 1記載のブラジャー。 . カップ部に、 補充パッドが装着されていることを特徴とする請求項 1または 2記載のブラジャー。 . カップ部、 バンド部及び肩紐が連続した一体形に形成されていることを特徴 とする請求項 1、 2または 3記載のブラジャー。 . バンド部が、 胸側で分離可能に設けられると共に、 バンド部の分離端を脱着 するフック部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項 1 、 2または 3記載の フランヤー。 . バンド部が、 胸側で他方の乳房側に偏位した位置で分離可能に設けられてい ることを特徴とする請求項 5記載のブラジャー。 . 肩紐の他端側が、 他方側に偏位してバンド部に取り付けられていることを特 徴とする請求項 1、 2、 3、 4、 5または 6記載のブラジャー。 . 請求項 1 、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6または 7記載のブラジャーを左右一対で組み 合わせて用いるブラジャーであって、 左右のブラジャーの前記バンド部が胸側で重なるように形成されている を特徴とするブラジャー。
