Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de découpage longitudinal dans lequel un chariot contient un guide-lame (14) sur lequel un couteau circulaire (1) est monté de manière à pouvoir pivoter. Le guide-lame (14) est fabriqué dans une pièce moulée rigide, de préférence en acier, et toutes ses parties sollicitées lors du découpage présentent une épaisseur de paroi comprise entre 5 mm et 30 mm. Le couteau circulaire (1) est monté sur un axe (24) dont le diamètre est compris entre 20 mm et 60 mm. Le chariot comprend une pièce de maintien (6) et une pièce d'arrêt (7) qui sont chacune montées sur le guide (5) et qu'on rapproche ou qu'on éloigne l'une de l'autre au moyen d'un entraînement (8, 9).
