Abstract

L'invention vise à créer un dispositif de découpage assurant un fonctionnement pratiquement sans usure et insensible aux défaillances, à l'aide de mesures simples, sur le plan de la conception, et économiques. A cet effet, des éléments de retenue mécaniques (6) destinés aux éléments de coupe sont conçus de façon à garantir inévitablement un espace (A) antifriction entre les éléments de coupe (2, 4) à l'état monté. Ainsi, il n'est plus nécessaire de produire un coussin de pression entre les éléments de coupe. Les éléments de retenue (6) sont conçus pour être adaptés à l'épaisseur des éléments de coupe, de sorte que, à l'état monté, l'écart entre les éléments de coupe, en particulier dans la zone des éléments coupants (par ex. des dents) placés à la périphérie extérieure, présente un diamètre intérieur compris entre 1/200 mm et 1/10 mm. Grâce à cet espace minimal, il ne se produit pratiquement aucune friction entre les éléments de coupe, même pendant le fonctionnement. L'écart maximal compris entre 5/100 et au maximum 1/10 mm permet d'empêcher que des parties de matériau (copeaux) exercent une pression entre les éléments de coupe pendant l'opération de découpage, et puissent écarter ces derniers par un effet de coin.
