La feuille enrobant la substance nutritive contient un polymère perméable à l'eau, un matériau cellulosique, un matériau textile, un matériau de lignocellulose ou une combinaison d'au moins deux de ces matériaux. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de cet engrais, et un procédé d'épandage d'engrais faisant appel à cet engrais enrobé dans une feuille.
