Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de traiter le gaz en vue de l'introduire dans un récipient à atmosphère contrôlée. Ce dispositif comprend un compresseur et une source de rayonnement servant à irradier le gaz s'écoulant en direction du récipient. La source de rayonnement est disposée de telle manière que le gaz devant être irradié par le rayonnement provenant de cette source est exposé à la chaleur générée par le compresseur, ce qui entraîne une augmentation de la température du gaz, et par conséquent de sa susceptibilité à une réaction induite par le rayonnement provenant de la source de rayonnement.
