Abstract
Cette invention concerne un répartiteur d'air qui est destiné aux systèmes de freinage de véhicules ferroviaires circulant sur les réseaux ferroviaires des pays membres de l'Union internationale des chemins de fer (UIC) et des Chemins de fer de Russie (CFR). Ce répartiteur comprend un organe (1) qui fonctionne selon trois pressions et qui possède des paramètres pour la circulation sur le réseau ferroviaire des pays membres de l'UIC. Cet organe comprend une chambre de travail (6) et se trouve connecté à une conduite de freinage (8), à un cylindre de freinage (11) et à un réservoir de secours (13). Le répartiteur comprend également un organe (2) qui fonctionne selon deux pressions et qui possède des paramètres pour la circulation sur le réseau ferroviaire des CFR. Cet organe est connecté à une chambre de travail, à une conduite de freinage et à une chambre de type clapet à tiroir. Le répartiteur comprend en outre une chambre de type console (3) ainsi qu'un organe complémentaire (5). L'organe complémentaire (5) comprend un dispositif de commutation (24) qui va faire passer le répartiteur d'air d'un mode de fonctionnement UIC à un mode de fonctionnement CFR. Ce dispositif de commutation comprend des clapets (31, 32), une sortie (41) et des admissions (37, 38, 39, 40). Lorsque le véhicule circule sur le réseau ferroviaire des CFR, l'admission (40) est connectée à l'admission (37) ainsi qu'à la chambre (15) de la conduite de l'organe fonctionnant selon deux pressions. Lorsque le véhicule circule sur le réseau ferroviaire des pays membres de l'UIC, l'admission (40) est connectée à la chambre (15) de la conduite de l'organe fonctionnant selon deux pressions ainsi qu'à la sortie (41), tandis que l'admission (37) est fermée et que l'admission (39) est connectée à la sortie (41).
