  • a part of the fuel oil collides conical projection 23 that protrudes on the middle of central dispersion tube 22 and diffuses again, and the other part of the fuel oil collides saw-toothed outer surfaces 24 and 27, thus maximizing its dispersion effect.
  • the fuel oil is collected at the center through a plurality of holes 25 and 28, it is provided to the engine through outlet 7 of cover 6.
  • main body 1 The outer surface of main body 1 is covered with rubber cover 30 to prevent the particulate fuel oil from leaking out to a small gap of metal main body 1. Since the inventive fuel activating system is installed on an area near the engine, it blocks out the outer heat, and in case that the fuel oil is volatile oil, it prevents explosion by the outer heat. If light oil is used, at the time of starting an automotive vehicle, its fuel activating system of the present invention keeps the vehicle warm against the outer low temperature.
  • the fuel oil supplied to the engine through outlet 7 is pulverized to about 0.005 ⁇ m and it is easily mixed with the air to enhance the mixture ratio, thereby increasing the combustion efficiency.

  • the inventive fuel activating system can maximize the motion energy of the fuel oil and permit a sufficient mixing of the fuel oil and water, thus assuring the complete combustion of the fuel.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système d'activation de carburant comprenant un corps principal (1) pourvu d'un tuyau creux réduit (2) et d'un tuyau creux élargi (3), ainsi qu'une paire de bouchons (4, 6) pourvus d'un orifice d'admission (5) et d'un orifice d'évacuation (7). Ce système comprend également un réseau convexe (8) ménagé sur le tuyau creux réduit (2) et possédant une partie centrale convexe (9); un dispositif à collision et tourbillon comportant une tige d'accélération cylindrique (10) à partie saillante conique (12) et une pluralité de rainures en spirales (11) formées dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre sur la surface externe de la tige d'accélération (10), et un cylindre de pulvérisation (13) comportant une partie inclinée et un petit trou d'alimentation (15); un dispositif à collision et à tourbillon inverse comportant une tige d'accélération cylindrique (16) et une pluralité de rainures en spirales (17) formées dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre sur la surface externe de la tige d'accélération (16) et dont une partie de leur extrémité arrière est insérée dans un cylindre (18); une pluralité de tamis (19) encastrés dans l'extrémité du tuyau creux réduit et un élément d'accouplement (20) doté d'un trou traversant (21) et sur lequel est vissé le tuyau creux élargi (3); un tube central (22) de dispersion comportant une partie saillante conique (23), une surface externe en dents de scie (24) et une pluralité de trous (25) formés sur la surface externe en dents de scie (24), un intervalle minuscule (29) étant formé entre le tube central (22) de dispersion à surface externe en dents de scie (24) et à plaques de dispersion cylindriques (26) pourvues d'une pluralité de trous (28) placés par ordre de grandeur; et un bouchon en caoutchouc (30) d'une épaisseur prédéterminée ménagé sur la surface externe du corps principal.
