Definitions
- the present invention generally relates to a fuel activating system which permits complete combustion of fuel oil (gasoline, gas oil, kerosene, etc.). More particularly, it relates to a fuel activating system which performs dispersion, filtration, first collision, vortex, second collision, and dispersion of fuel oil, thus maximizing the motion energy of fuel oil on a course of supplying a fuel oil through a pipe to a vehicle engine, and assuring a sufficient mixing of the fuel oil with oxygen and complete combustion of the fuel oil.
- fuel oil gasoline, gas oil, kerosene, etc.
- an engine of an automotive vehicle or other power system flows a fuel oil into a sealed receptacle and compresses it to make an explosion by ignition. Dynamic power is obtained by the use of a force generated by the explosion.
- the fluid such as fuel oil is pretreated so the fuel explosion by compression and ignition is made while the fuel's physical characteristics are improved, thus significantly decreasing the air pollution by incomplete combustion.
- the fluid such as the fuel oil
- the fluid passes through the nozzle to release the pressure, and expands instantaneously to be particulate.
- the particulate fluid contacts the ambient air to increase the amount of dissolved oxygen.
- the coupling state of the fluid becomes unstable. A gap between the particles is created and a great amount of oxygen is attached thereto, thus activating the fluid.
- the complete combustion of the activated fuel oil takes place so sooty smoke is significantly reduced, thereby preventing the environmental pollution by the exhaust gas.
- the combustion efficiency is increased.
- the conventional art either provides an accelerating bar which serves to compress and expand the fluid, or the fuel compression and expansion repeatedly take place by a cylindrical dispersion plate and such a rotary accelerating bar to activate the fuel oil.
- the fuel oil of the fuel tank is supplied by the accelerating bar or rotary accelerating bar not to be dispersed, which does not maximize the fuel combustion efficiency.
- the present invention is directed to a fuel activating system that substantially obviates one or more of the problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related art.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel activating system which permits dispersion, filtration, collision, vortex, collision, reverse vortex, and dispersion of fuel oil in due sequence, and sufficient mixture with oxygen, thereby maximizing the combustion efficiency.

- FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an accelerator bar, a component of the inventive system
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a pulverization ring, a component of the inventive system
- FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a cylindrical dispersion plate of the inventive system.
- FIGS. 5A and 5B depict a mixture of fuel oil and water taken by an electronic microscope.
- Covers 4 and 6 with an inlet 5 and an outlet 7 are screwed to both ends of a main body 1 having a reduced hollow pipe 2 and an enlarged hollow pipe 3 integrally formed therewith.
- Reduced hollow pipe 2 has a convex network 8 integrally formed with a central convex portion 9 to permit fuel dispersion and filtering of alien substances.
- a plurality of spiral grooves 11 are clockwise formed on the outer surface of cylindrical accelerating bar 10, contacting convex network 8 so collision and vortex means, coupled with a pulverization ring 13 contacting the outer surface of main body l's rear end, is provided to compress the fuel oil, passing through convex network 8 and spiral grooves 11, thus increasing the speed of the fuel oil.
- the fuel oil passes spiral grooves 11 in the area contacting pulverization ring 13.
- a shock wave is created by an incline 14 of pulverization ring 13 and a conical projection 12 of cylindrical accelerating bar 10 to make the fuel oil be particulate through pulverization ring 13 's small supply hole 15.
- a plurality of spiral grooves 17 are counterclockwise formed on the outer surface of cylindrical accelerating bar 16 in the area contacting pulverization ring 13, and collision and reverse vortex means with a ring 18 into which a part of its rear end is inserted is provided.
- the particulate fuel oil that has passed through pulverization ring 13 is swirled by the direction of spiral grooves 17 of cylindrical accelerating bar 16 having concave grooves 16a integrally formed therewith, and compressed while flowing.
- the fuel oil flows more rapidly in a part of spiral grooves 17 having a smaller depth while it is inserted to ring 18.
- a plurality of nets 19 are embedded at the end of reduced hollow pipe 2 where the fuel oil, passing through accelerating bar 16, flows and is fixed via washer 19a, and a coupling member 20 with a narrow through hole 21 is screwed thereto.
- enlarged hollow pipe 3 is joined via a screw not to disperse the fuel oil.
- a rubber cover 30 with a predetermined thickness is provided to the outside of main body 1.
- Reference numeral 31 denotes a sealing ring, and the arrow indicates the flowing direction of the fuel oil.
- the inventive fuel activating system is used for a fuel supply line of a smoke consumer such as a boiler, an incinerator, etc. or a fuel supply line for an internal combustion engine such as a gasoline engine, an external combustion engine such as a diesel engine.
- Inlet 5 of cover 4 screwed to one side of main body 1 is connected to the fuel tank, and outlet 7 of cover 6, screwed to the other side of main body 1, is connected to the engine for fuel oil supply.
- the fuel oil is introduced to reduced hollow pipe 2 through inlet 5 by the basic pressure and suction force (2 to 5 Kg/cm) generated from the fuel pump and the fuel oil, and the fuel oil is dispersed by convex network 8 provided to the entrance.
- central convex portion 9 filters foreign substances to provide the clean fuel oil to the engine.
- the fuel oil distributed while passing through convex network 8, collides accelerating bar 10 of the collision and vortex means, and flows along a plurality of spiral grooves 11 formed clockwise.
- the maximum acceleration can be achieved by the speed of the spin rotation.
- the vortex produces heat in the fuel oil and elevates the minute dissolution.
- Cylindrical accelerating bar 10 with spiral grooves 11 is conically formed to enhance the acceleration and distribution of the fuel. The oil speed is more increased at the rear end of spiral grooves 11 of cylindrical accelerating bar 10.
- the fuel oil passing through spiral grooves 11 collides incline 14 of pulverization ring 13, and then collides conical projection 12 of cylindrical accelerating bar 10, thus changing the oil speed and generating shock waves similar to supersonic wave whereby the fuel oil that becomes compressed particles is output through small supply hole 15 of pulverization ring 13.
- the fuel oil collides cylindrical accelerating bar 16 of the collision and reverse vortex means and flows along spiral grooves 17, formed counterclockwise, thus flowing in whirls.
- a part of the fuel oil collides conical projection 23 that protrudes on the middle of central dispersion tube 22 and diffuses again, and the other part of the fuel oil collides saw-toothed outer surfaces 24 and 27, thus maximizing its dispersion effect.
- the fuel oil is collected at the center through a plurality of holes 25 and 28, it is provided to the engine through outlet 7 of cover 6.
- main body 1 The outer surface of main body 1 is covered with rubber cover 30 to prevent the particulate fuel oil from leaking out to a small gap of metal main body 1. Since the inventive fuel activating system is installed on an area near the engine, it blocks out the outer heat, and in case that the fuel oil is volatile oil, it prevents explosion by the outer heat. If light oil is used, at the time of starting an automotive vehicle, its fuel activating system of the present invention keeps the vehicle warm against the outer low temperature.
