Abstract

L'invention concerne un ventilateur radial, s'utilisant notamment comme soufflante pour le système de refroidissement d'une automobile, qui comprend un rotor (3) muni d'ailettes radiales (4), un disque de recouvrement (5) sous forme de buse, une bague de guidage de l'air (6) fixée dessus, un fond de rotor, ainsi qu'une buse d'admission (8) fixe. Un tel ventilateur radial (1) doit avant tout autoriser une tolérance sensiblement plus importante entre les parties rotatives et les parties fixes, sans avoir pour autant à tenir compte de pertes de puissance sensibles. A cet effet, il est prévu une fente d'aération (10) axiale entre le disque de recouvrement (5) et la bague de guidage de l'air (6) qui tourne conjointement avec lui.
