Abstract

Dérivés d'esters d'acide gallique préparés par substitution d'un ou plusieurs atomes d'hydrogène des groupes hydroxyle de composés polyhydroxylés par le galloyle. Ces composés permettent de traiter efficacement des infections intestinales provoquées par des bactéries du type biotoxine, notamment les Escherichia coli toxigènes, les salmonelles, les vibrions pathogènes (Vibrio cholerae, V. parahaemolyticus), les Shigella et les campylobacters.
