Abstract

Ce châssis comprend également des éléments d'angle (5) comportant des sections d'angle (5A) présentant une rainure (5a) dans le prolongement de la rainure (1a) de la barre, et des prolongements à gradins conçus pour correspondre aux rainures (5a) des sections d'angles (5A). Ce châssis sert de composant pour écran sérigraphique. L'écran sérigraphique est réalisé de la manière suivante: un matériau de liaison (3) à base de résine de polyéthylène est placé dans les rainures (1a, 5a) sur le cadre de tension; un élément de tension (4) composé de fibres synthétiques, par ex. de fibre de polyester, est placé sur au moins une face supérieure du cadre de tension, et l'élément de tension (4) est fixé par fusion au matériau de liaison (3) tandis qu'un élément chauffant (7), porté à une température comprise entre 150 et 200 °C, est appliqué sur l'élément de tension.
