Definitions
- the present specification refers to a patent application for invention, relating to a process for decorating surfaces of wood, or its derivatives, of plastics, metals or any other suitable material, whose obvious purpose is to achieve decorate surfaces from the prior incorporation of a plurality of sheets, slats or boards of different materials, which combined and combined with each other, or of a single material, incorporated inside the board or base panel, the sheets, slats or boards being treated, both in its composition as in its disposition, in an adequate way to allow its external visualization, using conventional machines and apparatus for the treatment.
- This invention has its application within the industry dedicated to carpentry, joinery and decoration in general.
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) elements of carpentry, joinery and decorative boards of different materials.
- This ornamentation is carried out in a conventional manner incorporating on the surface some wooden boards, derived from the wood, combined or similar, of a plurality of manufactured elements, in this case molded, carved, drawn or painted, also in wood or similar, or on wood or similar, which are adjusted, adhered and fixed on the surface through the use of conventional elements, such as nails, adhesives, etc.
- Wood being the basic material to use, although not unique, but if one of the most complex, factor maximized by its great diversity, a special treatment must be carried out within the manufacturing process, through which its performance and behavior will be improved, achieving When we work with laminated wood, without discarding conventional wood and without this entailing giving up its use, the following. Namely:
- the tensions are not the same in all materials, since external agents such as cold, heat, humidity, etc., have a great influence on their behavior, and even some materials, being of the same nature , as in the case of wood, they vary considerably according to the species or diversity of each of them and, even in each of them, according to the way in which the meshes or growth rings are worked.
- the process for decorating wooden surfaces, or their derivatives, of plastics, metals or any other suitable material object of the invention is constituted from the incorporation of a balance strip, which may be two types, that is to say horizontal or vertical, one or both can be used interchangeably according to the needs that the work requires.
- the invention contemplates the use of the three slats mentioned above as the main link for its operation, ie horizontal, vertical and bottom slats.
- the process for decorating wooden surfaces, or their derivatives, of plastics, metals or any other suitable material object of the invention is constituted from the incorporation at the bottom of an alveolus or slit, filled with a plurality of boards of different materials, acting as the bottom or support of a horizontal equilibrium strip, or incorporating a vertical equilibrium strip on the sides of the slit, and even a bottom strip, which acts in collaboration with the assembly , in order to obtain an antideformation of the materials used for the configuration of the object of the invention, which is based on the decoration and ornamentation of the board in question.
- the boxes and spikes are integrated in the same laminated wood board and in the slit, which has previously been filled with the appropriate materials, it is consequently observed that the balance strip arrangement acts conveniently.
- the aforementioned filling or solidification will give the width and thickness of the molding to be worked.
- the sheet metal strip simulates the joint of the angular assemblies, achieving the desired end in an ideal way.
- the invention aims to decorate and decorate a plurality of elements based on a laminated or combined wood board, which is intended to be used as a structural element that has to support and resist the efforts, both of its own weight, and that of the actuation of the mechanisms incorporated into it, such as hinges, hinges, bolts, locks, etc., without reducing or reducing its resistance, and at the same time it can also cover and decorate all kinds of walls, both vertical As horizontal, it is obvious that when working with combined boards, the joints between the different materials, wood with chipboard for example, will be made by conventional methods.
- the invention allows a wall covering consisting of the manufacture of boards and appropriate measures and of any type, which has that the central core of these boards, will be composed of one or more wood derivatives, such as the agglomerate in any of its modalities, on which the aforementioned grooves will be practiced that they will be treated and will work properly, being able to also use boards made of plaster.
