Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Recyceln von Sanden und ist anwendbar beispielsweise zum Recyceln des beim Sandstrahlen-, insbesondere beim Abrasiv- Hochdruck-Wasserstrahl-Schneiden anfallenden und wiederverwendbaren Schneidmittelanteils sowie zum Herstellen eines einleitfähigen Abwassers. Das Verfahren beruht darauf, daß in einer Aufströmung die feinkörnigen Partikel ausgespült, durch Strömungsberuhigung sedimentiert, nachfolgend gefiltert und gesammelt und die grobkörnigen Partikel abgeführt, mechanisch vorentwässert, getrocknet und der Wiederverwendung zugeführt werden. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung besteht im wesentlichen aus mindestens einem nach dem Aufstromtrennprinzip arbeitenden Klassierer (1), der überlaufseitig mit mindestens einer Feinpartikelstrecke, bestehend aus Lamel lenklärer (2a), Absetzbecken (2b) und Entnahmeeinrichtung (2C) und Endklärbecken, und auslaufseitig mit mindestens einer Grobpartikelstrecke, bestehend aus Grobgutzwischenbehälter (3), Trockner (4) und Trockengutbehälter (5), verbunden ist, und Pumpen (P1-P4), welche das feststoffbeladene Wasser aus dem Schneidbecken (10) pumpen und das aus der Feinpartikelstrecke und der Grobpartikelstrecke anfallende Wasser als Prozeßwasser in das Schneidbecken (10) zurückführen.
