This frequently results in the appearance of cracks in the sill or in the elements, which significantly affect the strength of the structure over time.

These feet and loops are intended to be embedded in poured concrete, constituting a raft or footings. The engagement of the longitudinal reinforcement through the loop-shaped reinforcement is not very easy, given the presence of these feet. Adjusting the position of the elements relative to the ground is also problematic to achieve.

These reinforcements 15 are arranged in vertical planes, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the structure 1, and are offset relative to the reinforcements 15 of an element 5 located opposite, so as to intersect when the elements 5 are in the assembly position, as shown in FIG. 3.
- Each element 5 further comprises two rigid support pieces 16 fixed to it, located about a quarter and three-quarter of its width. These parts 16 protrude from said face 11. They are located between two consecutive reinforcements 15 and are inscribed in the loops formed by the different reinforcements 15.
- Each support piece 16 is formed by a profile 17, with an I-shaped cross section, some of which is embedded in the wall of element 5 and of which another part projects from this wall, by a support plate 18 fixed to the free end of this profile 17, and by a plate 19, also fixed to this profile 17, bearing against face 11.
- Each support plate 18 has, depending on whether it is placed on an element 5 located on one side of the structure 1 or on the element 5 situated opposite it, either a longitudinal cavity 21, or a projection longitudinal 22 intended to be received in this cavity 21 to allow the two plates 18 to come into vertical engagement.
- the support plates 18 further comprise holes 25 capable of receiving bolts 26, as shown in FIG. 3. It appears in this figure that the spoilers 12 have a length such that, in the support position of the elements 5 the against each other, their free end faces are situated slightly behind the bearing interface of the plates 18. It appears in FIGS. 1 and 4 that the lower edge of each element 5 comprises:
- the reinforcements 30 are arranged in vertical planes, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the structure 1.
- the feet 31 are located between two consecutive frames 30 and are inscribed in the loops formed by the different frames 30.
- the support plates 33 include tapped holes receiving screws 34. These screws can come in support against plates 35 placed on the ground or on a so-called "clean" concrete.
- the elements 5 are brought to bear against each other so that the various support plates 18 engage with each other.
- the screws 34 make it possible, if necessary, to adjust the distance between the plates 33 and 35, therefore the height of each element 5 relative to the ground.
- An adhesive sealing strip 40 is placed astride the ends of the spoilers 12.
- the bolts 26 make it possible to maintain the plates 18 in mutual contact, in the event that the casting of the sill 43 is delayed.
- the invention thus provides elements 5 having the numerous advantages indicated above, in particular those of being able to be perfectly wedged when they are pressed against one another while the sill 43 is being cast, and of enabling the obtaining a sill located in the extension of the wall of the elements, without the construction of a formwork.
