- the beam rotation principle associated with an internal bath expansion system, allowing a dyeing operation on a semi-submerged fabric roll, is advantageous in particular by the bath economy and the improvement in yield that it provides the "bath ratio" (weight of material to be dyed / volume of bath necessary for treatment) being considerably reduced in comparison with conventional treatment autoclaves without rotation of beam.

- the dye bath 7 reaches the center of the tank 2 through the rotating sleeve 15, all around the central shaft 22, and it passes through the perforations of the cylindrical wall 27 of the beam 6, then impregnates the roll of fabric 5 driven in rotation, from which it leaves by the periphery as indicated by the arrows F Figures 1 and 2.

- the structure of the autoclave, in particular of its beam rotation device 8, allows the dyeing of large and heavy rolls of fabric 5, in particular for articles with low porosity, the modulation of the bath level 40 in the tank 1 being carried out depending on the nature of the dye, and its shade.
- the autoclave which is the subject of the present invention can thus treat loads of up to 1,500 to 2,000 kg, or even more at once, this does not exclude the treatment of reduced loads in the same autoclave.
