  • the oil contains two main compounds. Terpinen-4-ol is usually present in the ratio of between 30 and 45 percent of the oil, and cineole is usually present in a ratio of between 2 and 15 percent.
  • the tree is confined to coastal areas of southern Queensland and northern New South Wales and trees from different areas have been found to produce oil having differing proportions of terpinen-4-ol and cineole with the more northerly stands having a lower cineole content.
  • Cineole although having useful medical qualities has been claimed to be an irritant of skin and mucous membranes and an oil having a lower cineole fraction is preferable for use in the present invention.

Abstract

Cette invention concerne un système destiné à la climatisation d'un espace fermé. Ledit système comporte un organe d'alimentation en air (10), un organe de distribution conçu pour répandre l'air provenant de l'organe d'alimentation à l'intérieur de l'espace fermé (12) et un organe d'évacuation de l'air (13), associé à l'espace fermé et conçu pour alimenter en air provenant de l'organe de distribution ledit espace fermé, l'organe d'évacuation de l'air comportant un organe de climatisation (14) conçu pour climatiser l'air alimentant l'espace fermé et provenant de l'organe de distribution. L'invention concerne également un ensemble destiné au traitement de l'air dans un espace fermé, ledit ensemble comprenant un organe de déshumidification et de mise en circulation de l'air à l'intérieur de l'espace fermé ainsi qu'un organe de climatisation permettant de climatiser l'air en circulation.
