Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système permettant de déterminer les niveaux de stock de composants de références dont les variations de demande sont grandes et de références dont la prévisionde demande est difficile. L'invention permet également de quantifier l'aptitude à satisfaire les besoins clients et les risques stock, d'établir une planification de stock pour les composants en se basant sur un indice clair, ou de déterminer les niveaux de stock de composants en tenant compte des compatibilités mutuelles entre composants de différents modèles de références et de planifier un stock de composants tout en tenant compte des évolutions de la demande des modèles. Ce système d'aide à la gestion prévisionnelle de stock de composants met en oeuvre plusieurs opérations: saisie des données concernant la demande prévisible pour chaque modèle, concernant la constitution des composants utilisés ou des éléments utilisés pour chaque modèle, concernant les coûts magasin des composants et les marges à la vente des références permettant de calculer la marge à la vente pour chaque référence; évaluation d'une quantité de production maximale pour chaque modèle, la fixation d'un niveau de stock composant tenant compte de la quantité de production maximale ainsi estimée; calcul d'une valeur d'inventaire attendue pour le niveau de stock ainsi déterminé et d'une valeur attendue pour la marge à la vente des références pour la quantité produite ainsi évaluée; et une évaluation comparative des coûts des deux valeurs attendues.
