Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft D-Xylofuranose-Derivate der Formel (VIa), worin R3 eine Hydroxyschutzgruppe, R4 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1-6 C-Atomen, R5 Wasserstoff, ein Halogenatom, ein Azid, ein Cyanid, ein Thiocyanat, eine Alkoxygruppe, eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Aryloxygruppe, eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Arylalkoxygruppe, eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Aroylgruppe, eine geradkettige oder verzweigte, gegebenenfalls substituierte Alkanoylgruppe und Z eine 1-Imidazolylgruppe, die Gruppe -CXxH3-x (worin X ein Halogenatom ist und x = 1 bis 3) oder Fluor bedeuten. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Derivate, neue Zwischenverbindungen, welche bei diesen Verfahren anfallen bzw. eingesetzt werden, sowie die Verwendung dieser Derivate zur Herstellung von 3-substituierten 2-Desoxy-2-fluor-D-pentofuranose-Derivaten.
