Abstract

La préparation biologique de l'invention destinée à extraire des contaminants à base de produits de pétrole brut et de pétrole, se trouvant dans de l'eau et de la terre, se compose d'un mélange de souches de micro-organismes oxidant les hydrocarbures suivantes: rhodococcus sp. BKM-AC-1500 D, rhodococcus maris BKM-AC-1501 D, rhodococcus erythropolis BKM-AC-1502 D, pseudomonas stutzeri BKM-B-1972 D, Candida sp. BKM-Y-2778 D. Les proportions relatives de ces souches sont (0-1):(0-1):(0-1):(0-1):(0-1). La préparation en question est une association naturelle de micro-organismes ou un mélange de souches individuelles de micro-organismes. Le procédé de l'invention destiné à extraire des contaminants à base de produits de pétrole brut et de pétrole se trouvant dans de l'eau et de la terre consiste à traiter l'eau ou la terre avec la préparation biologique contenant les couches rh. sp. BKM-AC-1500 D, rh. maris BKM-AC-1501 D, rh. erythropolis BKM-AC-1502 D, ps stutzeri BKM-B-1972 D, et C. sp. BKM-Y-2778 D. La préparation utilisée ne contient pas moins de 2 x 1013 cellules microbiennes vivantes pour chaque mètre carré de surface contaminée. On procède au traitement de l'eau et/ou de la terre par aspersion d'une suspension de la préparation dans une solution de sels minéraux. Pour le traitement de la terre, on creuse des tranchées dans le sol. On peut ainsi traiter de l'eau et/ou de la terre dont la salinité peut aller jusqu'à 10 %. La préparation peut être utilisée pour traiter des réservoirs et un sol salin ainsi que des ecosystèmes à eau saumâtre.
