Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de platine comprenant une platine (1) servant à maintenir des modules dont chacun comporte un nombre de corps (21; 31; 38) portant des outils de tufting, de tricotage ou de tricotage Rachel, et présentant chacun deux faces parallèles. Il est prévu dans cette platine (1) qu'une surface de couverture (3) plane et qu'une surface d'arrêt (5) plane perpendiculaire à la précédente, délimitent un espace s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la platine (1). Une barre de serrage (8) vissée sur la platine (1) comporte une surface intérieure (8) parallèle à la surface d'arrêt (5). La barre de serrage (8) comporte des ouvertures de passage pour des vis de serrage. Il est prévu dans la surface d'arrêt (5) de la platine (1) une rainure de guidage (6) s'étendant sur toute sa longueur. Chaque corps de module (21; 31; 38) est serré contre un adaptateur (13) à l'aide d'une vis de serrage (11), au moins sur le côté qui fait face à la surface d'arrêt (5). La largeur de l'ensemble formé par les corps de module (21; 31; 38), l'adaptateur (13) et éventuellement une pièce de poussée (15) supplémentaire, est adaptée à l'écart existant entre la surface d'arrêt (5) et la surface intérieure (9) de la barre de serrage (8). Chaque vis de serrage (11) comporte un téton (26) qui s'engage de manière guidée dans la rainure de guidage (6). La tête de chaque vis de serrage (11) est encastrée dans l'alésage d'un corps de module (21; 31; 38) ou d'une pièce de poussée (15). Ce système de platine simplifie l'équipement et l'adaptation d'unités de ce type et facilite le remplacement d'outils défectueux.
