Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un ensemble châssis de support pour le système de transmission de véhicules, en particulier celle d'autobus, ledit système de transmission comprenant un moteur, ou un moteur, une boîte de vitesse et des accessoires reliés entre eux et reçus dans l'ensemble châssis de la carrosserie du véhicule, cet ensemble étant pourvu d'un châssis servant à porter le système de transmission sur des éléments de support élastiques et amortissants. Tous les éléments d'accouplemenet (14) entre le châssis (9) du système de transmission et le châssis (13) du véhicule, qui sont au moins au nombre de trois, sont élastiques, et au moins l'un d'entre eux est un joint (15) à six degrés de liberté restreints. Dans un véhicule du type autobus (2) à moteur arrière, le châssis (9) soutenant le système de transmission (4) est accouplé, par l'intermédiaire d'éléments de suspension allongés (18), aux joints en caoutchouc (21) de l'écarteur (23) disposé à mi-hauteur de la paroi arrière (7), et les vis de raccordement (30) de ses joints à bille sont fixées aux écarteurs (27) reliés aux extrémités (26) des barres (25) disposées sous le plancher de l'autobus.
