Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif de découpage pour distributeur de feuilles d'aluminium, de feuilles transparentes, de feuilles de papier ou équivalent avec un organe de coupe se déplaçant sur toute la largeur de la feuille et comportant un couteau découpant dans les deux directions du mouvement, organe de coupe dont le couteau entre, avec un certain jeu, dans une fente de coupe aboutissant dans une voie de guidage, cette partie du couteau étant encastrée dans un patin de guidage se déplaçant le long de la voie de guidage. L'organe de coupe présente uniquement, pour tous les types de feuilles, un couteau (4) fixe par rapport à une poignée de man÷uvre, (2, 24, 44) et dont les tranchants (11, 20) des côtés entrant dans une fente de coupe (6), tranchants disposés symétriquement par rapport à une patte centrale (5) ou un pont (22, 43), forment un angle aigu α par rapport à une arête longitudinale de la fente de coupe (6), cet angle α étant inférieure à 25° et étant de préférence d'environ 15°. Le dispositif de découpage présente également au point de découpage des dispositifs presseurs qui coopèrent avec le couteau (4) dans le plan de coupe et qui appuient la feuille contre la paroi extérieure du boîtier au niveau de la partie du couteau qui se trouve à l'extérieur du boîtier (7) du distributeur de feuilles.
