Abstract

Ce procédé de moulage permet de simplifier les opérations de production d'un moule de fonderie et de réduire le temps nécessaire au moulage d'une pièce de fonderie, ainsi que les coûts de production. Ce procédé se décompose en plusieurs opérations: production d'un moule original constitué de coquilles en résine grâce à un procédé de moulage par photopolymérisation, la surface extérieure de ces coquilles reproduisant la forme de la pièce de fonderie à réaliser; remplissage de ce moule original avec de la mousse; mise en place autour de la surface extérieure du moule original constitué de coquilles en résine d'un matériau de moule de fonderie dont la forme demeure inchangée à la température de fusion de la matière à couler; injection de la matière en fusion dans un moule de coulée contenant le moule de fonderie en coquilles de résine.
