Abstract
The proposal is for a device designed to accomodate an electric motor. The electric motor has a tubular housing section surrounding the motor armature which is arranged substantially concentrically beside and at a distance from the inner wall of a cup of a cup-shaped receptacle belonging to the device. At least three strip-shaped supports held on the cup wall, extending parallel to the motor axis and consisting of an elastic material, project into the receptacle to an extent which is greater than the distance between the tubular housing section and the inner cup wall of the receptacle and with an elastic seal which closes the gap between the inner cup wall of the support and the tubular housing section of the electric motor. A simple and reliable motor arrangement in the receptacle which is easy to assemble is obtained if the seal takes the form of a strip and interconnects the neighbouring supports, thus providing an annular, one-piece component.

Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Vorrichtung nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruchs. Es ist schon eine Vorrichtung im Handel, bei der die Abstützelemente lose angeliefert und einzeln in Halterungen des Motoraufnah etopfes eingesetzt werden müssen. Nach Einbringen des Elektromotors in die Aufnahme muß in einem weiteren Arbeitsgang dann ein Dichtring in einen Spalt eingebracht werden, der dann zwischen der inneren Topfwand und dem dieser benachbarten, rohrformigen Ge¬ häuseabschnitt des Elektromotors vorhanden ist. Figur 1 zeigt eine topff rmige Aufnahme 10 für einen strichpunktiert dargestellten Elektromotor 12. Die topff rmige Aufnahme 10 weist nahe dem Topfrand 14 eine flanschartige Verbreiterung 16 auf, über die die topfformige Aufnahme 10 mit nicht dargestellten Wandteilen, beispielsweise von Führungsschächten für die dem Fahrgastraum eines Kraftfahrzeuges zuzuführende, klimatisierte Luft verbunden ist. Der Elektromotor 12 dient in diesem Fall dem Antreiben eines nicht dar¬ gestellten Lüfterrades zum Transportieren der klimatisierten Luft. Der Elektromotor 12 weist einen rohrf rmigen Gehäuseabschnitt 18 auf, der mit Abstand von der Wand 20 der topfförmigen Aufnahme 10 in dem Aufnahmetopf 10 liegt. Der Elektromotor 12 stützt sich an der einen Stirnseite 22 an einer Schulter 24 des Aufnahmetopfes 10 in Achsrichtung ab. Damit der in dem Topf 10 sitzende Elektromotor 12
gekühlt wird, ist dieser innerhalb eines rohrformigen Gehäuseab¬ schnitts 18 belüftet. Die Luftzufuhr von außen erfolgt dabei in eine Kammer 26, die ringförmig ausgebildet ist und die sich aus dem zwi¬ schen dem rohrformigen Gehäuseabschnitt 18 des Elektromotors 12 und der inneren Topfwand 27 vorhandenen Abstand ergibt. Damit diese in die ring- oder rohrförmig ausgebildete, durch den Abstand 26 ge¬ bildete Kammer eingeführte Luft nicht in Achsrichtung des Motors am Topfrand 14 entweichen kann, ist im Bereich des Topfrandes 14 ein Bauelement 28 angeordnet. Das Bauelement 28 wird anhand der Figuren 3 bis 5 verdeutlicht. Es weist beim Ausführungsbeispiel drei aus einem elastischen Material bestehende, leistenför ige Abstützele¬ mente 30 auf, die einen im wesentlichen dreieckigen Querschnitt haben. Die drei Abstützelemente 30 sind durch bandartige, elastische Dichtelemente 32 miteinander verbunden. Es ergibt sich somit ein einstückiges, ringförmiges Bauelement 28 mit drei leistenförmigen Abstützelementen und drei elastischen Dichtelementen 32, die aus einem Elastomer gefertigt und einstückig ausgebildet sind. In diese Ringform sind die dreieckigen Abstützelemente 30 so integriert, daß jeweils eine Spitze 34 der im Durchschnitt dreieckigen Abstützele¬ mente 31 zur Kreismitte zeigt. Die Anordnung der Abstützelemente 30 ist so getroffen, daß sie sich parallel zur Achse des Kreises er¬ strecken. Wie insbesondere die Figuren 4 und 5 zeigen, ragen die Ab¬ stützelemente 30 mit ihrer der Spitze 34 gegenüberliegenden Drei¬ ecksbasis 36 über die Dichtelemente 32 hinaus, so daß sich Schwal¬ benschwanzförmige Ansätze ergeben. Weiter zeigt Figur 3, daß sich die leistenförmigen Abstützelemente 30 in Richtung der Kreisachse gesehen über die elastischen Dichtelemente 32 hinauserstrecken. Auch zeigen die Figuren 3 und 4, daß sich die Dreiecksform der Abstütz¬ elemente lediglich über einen ersten Teilbereich 38 erstreckt, der etwa der Breite der elastischen Dichtelemente 32 entspricht. Ein über diese elastischen Dichtelemente 32 hinausragender zweiter Teilabschnitt 40 der Abstützelemente 30 ist im Querschnitt
kleiner als der erste Teilabschnitt 38. Es sind dort nämlich die basisnahen Ecken der Dreiecksform entfernt worden. Weiter zeigen die Figuren 3 bis 5, daß der Basisbereich 36 eines jeden Abstützelements 30 eine nach außen vorspringende Nase 42 aufweist, der eine Aus¬ sparung 44 in der Topfwand 20 zugeordnet ist. Schließlich zeigen noch die Figuren 3 bis 5, daß das Bauelement 28 eine in seine Kreis¬ form hineinragende Dichtlippe 46 hat, welche im Bereich der Abstütz¬ elemente 30 in diese übergeht. Aus den Figuren 1 und 2 ist zu entnehmen, wie der elektrische Lüftermotor 12 in seiner topfförmigen Aufnahme 10 montiert ist. Figur 2 zeigt, daß die strichpunktiert dargestellten, leisten¬ förmigen Abstützelemente 30 um ein Maß in die Aufnahme 10 ragen, das größer ist als der Abstand 26 zwischen dem rohrf rmigen Gehäuseab¬ schnitt 10 des Elektromotors 12 und der inneren Topfwand 27 der Auf¬ nahme 10 (Fig. 1). Weiter sei noch erwähnt, daß der Durchmesser des Baulements 28 über die Innenkante der Dichtlippe 46 gemessen kleiner ist als der Außendurchmesser des rohrformigen Gehäuseabschnitts 18. Zur Montage des Elektromotors 12 wird zunächst in die topfformige Aufnahme 10 das Bauelement 28 eingebracht. Dazu weist die Aufnahme 10 an der Topfwand drei Haltenuten 50 auf, welche den überstehenden, schwalbenschwanzformigen Bereichen der Abstützelemente 30 zugeordnet sind. In diese schwalbenschwanzformigen Haltenuten 50 werden nun die Abstützelemente 30 eingebracht. Dabei ist die partielle Quer¬ schnittsverringerung der Abstützelemente 30 von Vorteil. In der in Fig. 1 dargestellten korrekten-Einbaulage des Bauelements 28 rasten die Nasen 42 der Abstützelemente 30 in ihre Aussparungen 42 in der Topfwand 20. Dadurch ist eine ordnungsgemäße Sicherung des Bau¬ elements 28 im Aufnahmetopf 10 sichergestellt. Danach wird der Elektromotor 12 in den so vorbereiteten Aufnahmetopf 10 in Richtung
seiner Drehachse eingeschoben. Unter geringfügiger Verformung der dem rohrf rmigen Gehäuseabschnitt 18 zugewandten Spitze 34 der Ab¬ stützelemente 30 wird der Elektromotor 12 so in seine Aufnahme 10 hineingeschoben, bis er mit seiner Stirnseite 22 auf der Schulter 24 zur Anlage kommt. Die leistenförmigen Abstützelemente 30 sichern den Elektromotor 12 in seiner vorschriftsmäßigen, zentrischen Lage im Aufnahmetopf 10 und sorgen für die Dämpfung der auftretenden Schwin¬ gungen. Die bandartigen, elastischen Dichtelementabschnitte 32 zwi¬ schen den Abstützelementen 30 bewirken eine sichere Abdichtung der Beluftungskammer 26 zum Topfrand 14. Die in die ringförmige, durch den Abstand 26 gebildete Belüftungskammer eingeleitete Kühlluft wird nun durch die hier nicht dargestellten Belüftungsöffnungen im Motor¬ gehäuse gezwungen, so daß eine Motorüberhitzung nicht stattfinden kann.

Claims
1. Vorrichtung zum Aufnehmen eines Elektromotors, mit einem Auf¬ nahmetopf, dessen innerer Topfwandung die Mantelfläche eines den Motoranker umgebenden, rohrformigen Gehäuseabschnitts des Elektro¬ motors im wesentlichen konzentrisch mit Abstand benachbart ist, mit wenigstens drei an der Topfwand gehaltenen, sich parallel zur Motor¬ achse erstreckenden, aus einem elastischen Material bestehenden, leistenförmigen Abstützelementen, die um ein Maß in die Aufnahme ragen, das größer ist als der Abstand zwischen der Mantelfläche des rohrformigen Gehäuseabschnitts und der inneren Topfwand der Aufnahme und mit einem elastischen Dichtelement, welches den spaltartigen Abstand zwischen der inneren Topfwand des Halters und dem rohrfor¬ migen Gehäuseabschnitt des Elektromotors verschließt, dadurch ge¬ kennzeichnet, daß das Dichtelement (32) bandartig ausgebildet ist und die einander benachbarten Abstützelemente (30) verbindet, so daß sich ein ringförmiges, einteiliges Bauelement (28) ergibt.1.
