Abstract

Un concasseur à mâchoires, particulièrement destiné à la pierre, comprend deux plaques de concassage (3, 4), l'une (3) fixe et, de préférence, réglable et l'autre (4), opposée et mobile. Ces plaques de concassage (3, 4) définissent entre elles un entonnoir tourné vers le bas et doté d'un orifice de sortie inférieur (6) destiné à la masse de pierre ou d'autres matériaux concassés. On a recherché un effet de concassage aussi égal que possible pour l'ensemble de la plaque de concassage mobile, de façon que sa course soit limitée, pour obtenir un fonctionnement plus régulier, une vitesse de rotation supérieure et une moindre consommation d'énergie. Ceci est possible grâce au montage de la plaque de concassage mobile (4) sur deux parties d'arbres tournantes et entraînées (9, 10), placées à des niveaux différents, dont chacune est excentrique par rapport à son propre dispositif de montage entraîné (11, 12). Ces deux arbres (9, 11 et 10, 12) comportent chacun une partie excentrique (9, 10) et ils peuvent ainsi être entraînés de manière synchrone.
