Abstract

Est décrite une préparation sèche de plasminogène plus efficace qu'auparavant pour traiter, par exemple, diverses thromboses. Cette préparation comporte soit du plasminogène et un tensioactif non ionique, soit du plasminogène, du sucrose, un acide aminé et de l'albumine. Même si on a laissé la préparation reposer dans des conditions sévères, elle ne se trouble ni ne produit de substances filamenteuses lorsqu'elle est dissoute dans un solvant aqueux, et conserve son activité après la dissolution. Elle présente d'autre part, après avoir été lyophilisée, une telle excellente stabilité à long terme qu'elle est plus sûre comme préparation médicale que les préparations classiques et elle est pratique.
