Abstract

Un dispositif de laminage permettant de produire des pièces ondulées en un matériau métallique comprend deux mâchoires plates mobiles synchroniquement dans des plans parallèles l'une contre l'autre, tangentiellement à une pièce en rotation autour de son axe longitudinal. L'objet de l'invention est de créer un dispositif qui permette de façonner à volonté des sections non symétriques en rotation par rapport à un point dans des pièces ondulées par rapport à leur axe longitudinal. A cet effet, au moins un bloc de laminage (3) dont la largeur est inférieure à la longueur totale de la pièce (1), dont la longueur qui se déroule dans le sens de sa circonférence sur la pièce (1) est inférieure ou égale à la moitié de la circonférence de la pièce et dont la hauteur correspond à une excentricité prédéterminée, est positionné sur une mâchoire plate (2b). Lorsque les mâchoires plates se déplacent, le bloc de laminage (3) écarte le matériau de la pièce (1) chauffée jusqu'à une température appropriée de forgeage du matériau en question. Cet écartement du matériau entraîne la formation d'une section non symétrique par rapport à un point, et en même temps modifie la longueur de la pièce, ou lorsque la pièce est latéralement limitée, forme des ondulations sur la pièce.
