Abstract

Un procédé de modification et/ou de régulation de régimes de préparation d'aliments consiste à assurer un contact thermique direct entre l'appareil de chauffage et le récipient, et lorsque le régime requis est atteint, à ménager un espace intermédiaire dont on modifie graduellement la taille en fonction du régime requis. Le dispositif comprend un appareil de chauffage (2) doté d'un commutateur (5), un support (6) destiné au récipient (1) renfermant un aliment à préparer et monté par rapport à l'appareil de chauffage (2) de manière à permettre un contact thermique. Le dispositif comprend également un mécanisme (4) de régulation graduel de l'espace (3) situé entre l'appareil de chauffage (2) et le support (6), lesquels sont montés de manière à pouvoir effectuer un mouvement l'un par rapport à l'autre au moyen du mécanisme (4) de régulation graduel de l'espace (3).
