Abstract

Dans une couche de base (1) on forme, en plus d'au moins une bordure de liaison (42), une ouverture (11). Sur l'un des côtés au moins de la couche de base (1), on applique ensuite une feuille de matière plastique (2) recouvrant l'ouverture (11). A partir du matériau d'emballage (3) ainsi obtenu, on réalise une coupe sur laquelle dépasse, à côté d'au moins une bordure de liaison (42), une languette en feuille qui formait précédemment la partie en feuille (21) appliquée sur l'ouverture. Avec cette languette en feuille, on recouvre ensuite, de manière étanche, une bordure de liaison (42) disposée à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de l'emballage. La couche de base est constituée de préférence d'un matériau de type papier ou carton, de manière à pouvoir être imprimée facilement et de manière esthétique. Lorsque la couche de base (1) est enfermée entre deux feuilles de matière plastique (2), on peut réunir les deux feuilles dans toutes les languettes en feuille. Les bordures de liaison sont même déjà entièrement incorporées sur la coupe. On peut obtenir des points de liaison plats et étanches très solides. On peut utiliser le matériau d'emballage en bandes et en feuilles ou en coupes pour achever la fabrication de l'emballage lors du remplissage.
