Abstract

Système de revêtement permanent, élastique et souple de sécurité et de production. Le revêtement est constitué d'une couche inférieure de mousse copolymère réticulée à cellules fermées présentant une densité spécifique d'environ 50 kilos par mètre cube, et d'une couche supérieure de résine polyuréthane à deux composants présentant une valeur d'allongement à la rupture de 900 %. Le taux maximal de rétention de l'humidité de la couche inférieure de mousse est inférieur à 1 % (environ 0,6 %) en volume lorsqu'elle est immergée dans l'eau. Ce système de revêtement assure la sécurité et l'hygiène et présente diverses applications possibles, par exemple au sport, à l'entraînement physique, aux sports aquatiques (surfaces de toboggans à eau, piscines ou analogue), et à l'industrie (tables de traitement, récipients de stockage pour fruits et bouteilles, hébergements pour animaux, ou analogue). On a prévu plusieurs procédés d'application du revêtement.
