Abstract

Spectromètre à double faisceau accordable de manière acousto-optique comprenant une source de rayonnement (102), un filtre accordable de manière acousto-optique (114), une commande pour le filtre acousto-optique à fréquence prédéterminée, le filtre étant biréfringent et le rayonnement incident divisé en un premier (TE) et en un second rayonnement (TO) d'orientation différente et d'une fréquence déterminée, ainsi qu'en un rayonnement (NT) situé en dehors de la fréquence, et des dispositifs de concentration du premier rayonnement, afin d'analyser un échantillon, ainsi que des dispositifs de concentration du second rayonnement, utilisé comme référence.
