The machine comprises, mounted on a shared frame, a tilting basket (1) in which the flowers are placed, a clip consisting of fixed elements (11) and pivoting elements (12), said clip (11, 12) being movable across the longitudinal axis of the basket (1), a template (20, 24, 26) for supporting the heads of the flowers (2) and comprising a fixed part (20) and a hinged part (24), a means for feeding a first heat sealing wrapping sheet (22) onto said hinged part (24) and feeding a second heat sealing wrapping sheet (22) onto the fixed part (20) of the template, a means for feeding the first sheet (22) tautly onto the second sheet (22), a pivotable welding arm which interacts with said sheets (22), and a pivotable lever (44) for ejecting the bound and wrapped bunch of flowers.
