Un système pour émettre et recevoir des signaux de télécommande comporte un pupitre de commande portable (1) et un récepteur d'instructions de commande (2) branché en série et conçu pour se placer sur l'objet à commander, un sélecteur de synchro-impulsions (3), un distributeur d'impulsions (5), une unité de commutation (6), un ensemble de registres (7) relié au récepteur d'instructions de commande (2), une unité (8) d'éléments d'exécution qui est reliée aux circuits de l'objet commandé. Au sélecteur de synchro-impulsions (3) sont reliés un générateur d'impulsions (4) lui-même relié au distributeur d'impulsions (5), ainsi qu'un compteur d'impulsions (9) lui-même relié au distributeur d'impulsions (5), à une unité de signalisation (11), à l'unité de commutation (6) et à un élément de temporisation (10) relié à l'ensemble de registres (7).
