So in starting from a cylindrical guide, it is possible to obtain a single operation which does not require any additional machining, a perfect mechanical connection between the guid and the core and to obtain on the surface of the guide the corrugated profile sought to reduce friction inside the barrel without affecting the ballistic properties of the projectile.
