Abstract

Dans un dispositif permettant le raccordement de deux conduites (1, 14) véhiculant du fluide, la partie intérieure comporte une douille de guidage (3) solidaire de la première conduite (1) et un manchon d'accouplement (10) coulissant de manière limitée axialement sur ladite douille. Sur une face conique (11) du manchon d'accouplement (10) est monté axialement mobile un élément d'étanchéité élastique (20). Pour réaliser l'accouplement, on introduit d'abord la douille de guidage (3), pourvue à son extrémité d'un collier (5) de section en forme de L, dans une partie extérieure d'accouplement (15) solidaire de la deuxième conduite (14). L'avancement du manchon d'accouplement (10) fait glisser l'élément d'étanchéité (20) depuis la face extérieure (8) arrière du collier (5) en passant par la face conique (11) dudit manchon. En position finale, l'élément d'étanchéité élargi repose, par sa face intérieure, dans une rainure d'arrêt (12) adjacente à la face conique (11), et par sa face extérieure, dans une seconde rainure d'arrêt (19) ménagée sur la paroi intérieure (17) de la partie extérieure d'accouplement (15). L'élément d'étanchéité (20) est ainsi étroitement entouré par les deux rainures d'arrêt (12, 19) et la face extérieure arrière (8) du collier (5) et fait en outre fonction d'élément de liaison de forme.
