Abstract
Le vêtement de protection (10) est fabriqué en un matériau (11) qui comprend un film multicouche de barrière dense (20) dans lequel est incorporé EVOH (43) laminé sur un substrat de polyester (21) lié par tissage. Le film (20) est une construction en cinq couches avec une couche de EVOH (43) au milieu, prise en sandwich par des couches de liaison en résine imperméable (42, 44) et des couches externes de polyéthylène ou de polyester (41, 45). Le substrat est formé avec des liants de basse température (EVA), (PVA) et il est calendré des deux côtés, le côté extérieur étant calendré beaucoup plus que le côté intérieur. Le matériau (11) est assemblé au niveau des bords à motif (31, 32), (131, 132) par liaison thermique (12) sous pression ou au moyen d'une bande (135) du film (120) thermolié sur des segments de matériau (111).
