Abstract

Système d'installation pour appareils accessoires sur véhicules mobiles, indiqué spécialement pour autoradios, lecteurs de cassettes, ou appareils similaires. Ce système est caractérisé du fait d'être équipé d'un groupe électromécanique de déclenchement incorporé dans l'appareil. Ceci permet d'installer et d'enlever l'appareil du véhicule sans l'aide d'outils ou systèmes spéciaux supplémentaires, en respectant les mesures fixées par les différentes normes (DIN, ISO, etc.). L'appareil (5) est pourvu d'un pivot (2) qui s'accroche à l'ouverture prévue dans le support de montage (1). Il est possible d'extraire l'appareil simplement en appuyant sur le bouton (4) placé sur la partie frontale de l'appareil, le pivot (2) rentre et l'appareil est éjecté par le ressort (8) placé sur le fond du support de montage.

Description

Système d'installation d'appareils accessoires sur véhicules mobiles avec extraction électronique.
La présente invention propose un système d'installation qui peut être utilisé sur la plupart des appareils destinés aux véhicules mobiles.
Le but de cette invention est de réunir des caractéristiques qui apparem¬ ment sont contrastantes, par exemple les mesures de l'appareil selon les normes (DIN ,. ISO, etc.) mais avec un système de fixage qui ne compromet l'installation dans ces endroits selon les normes (DIN, ISO, etc.). Ce système doit garantir un fixage parfait mais aussi une extraction simple, etc.
Comme on peut le voir dans la Fig. 1. l'appareil (5) est pourvu d'un pivot (2) qui, quand l'appareil est inséré, s'accroche dans l'ouverture (3) qui est prévue dans le support de fixage (1).
Ce support de fixage (1) est à son tour pourvu d'étriers (6) avec profondeur différenciée, qui en garantissent la possibilité de fixage dans tous les tableaux de bord de n'importe quelle épaisseur, et de bord spéciaux (7) pour le fixage du support dans sa partie antérieure. La construction spéciale du support de fixage et de l'appareil permettent l'installation de l'appareil au niveau du tableau de bord (Normes ISO, DIN, etc même si l'appareil est pourvu d'un système de déclenchement. Ce système résoud plusieurs des problèmes esthétiques rencontrés jusqu'au¬ jourd'hui.
En plus le déclenchement de l'appareil est très simple: il faut seulement appuyer sur le bouton (4) qui insère un circuit électronique qui, par l'en¬ tremise d'un solénoïde, tire le pivot (2) en bas en libérant l'appareil qui est éjecté par le ressort (8) placé sur la partie postérieure du support de fixage.
Etant donné que le vol d'appareils installés sur véhicules mobiles, souvent parqués en endroits peu sûrs, est en constante augmentation, la nécessité d'installer à l'intérieur de ces véhicules un système d'extraction de l'ap¬ pareil autoradio, lecteur de cassettes, etc. se fait de plus en plus urgente. Cette invention est la juste solution à ce problème puisqu'elle permet une installation stable et une extraction simple, sans l'aide d'appareils supplé¬ mentaires ou spéciaux, à n'importe quel endroit et à' n'importe quel moment.

REVENDICATIONS
1. Système d'installation d'appareils accessoires sur véhicules mobiles (autos, camions, bateaux, etc.) conçu spécialement pour les autora¬ dios, lecteurs de cassette ou autres appareils similaires, en endroits prédisposés. Le système consiste en un support de montage (1) avec sy¬ stème de blocage composé par un pivot (2) sur la partie supérieure de l'appareil, qui peut être déclenché par l'entremise d'un bouton placé sur la partie frontale de l'appareil; ce bouton met en fonction un circuit électronique interne qui débloque le système de blocage.
2. Le système d'installation expliqué au point 1 est caractérisé par le fait d'avoir un système de blocage (2) (3) qui se déclenche au moyen d'un bouton (4) placé sur la partie frontale de l'appareil, ceci sans utiliser d'outils supplémentaires.
3'. Le système d'installation expliqué aux point 1 et 2 est en outre ca¬ ractérisé par le fait de pouvoir construire l'appareil (5) selon les normes préférées (ISO, DIN, etc.) même s'il est pourvu d'un système complet de blocage. En effet ce système ne nécessite aucun espace supplémentaire, qui puisse compromettre l'installation d'un, appareil avec système de blocage externe.
4. Le système d'installation expliqué aux points 1, 2 et 3 est caractérisé par le fait de pouvoir installer la radio au même niveau du tableau de bord étant donné que ce système d'installation ne nécessite pas d'é¬ paisseurs supplémentaires ou manettes pour l'extraction de l'appareil.
5. Le système d'installation expliqué aux points 1,2,3 et 4 est en outre caractérisé par le fait d'être équipé d'un circuit électronique de déclenchement qui permet l'extraction de l'appareil seulement si la clef de. contact est insérée et si l'appareil est éteint.
