Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Abheben eines Teils eines Sicherheitsgurtes vom betreffenden Kör¬ perteil eines fahrenden Passagiers nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1. *The invention relates to a device for lifting a part of a seat belt from the relevant part of the body of a moving passenger according to the preamble of claim 1.
Es hat sich gezeigt, daß viele Passagiere, sowohl Autofah¬ rer als auch Beifahrer, sich durch den in der Fahrposition an ihren Körperteil anlegenden Sicherheitsgurt belästigt fühlen. Es versteht sich, daß das Abheben des Sicherheits¬ gurtteiles nur ein solches Stück weit erfolgt, daß die Funk¬ tion des Sicherheitsgurtes nicht außer Kraft gesetzt wird. Die Erfindung ist im Patentanspruch 1 gekennzeichnet und in Unteransprüchen sind weitere Ausbildungen derselben beanspruch
Es hat sich gezeigt, daß die Erfindung den Fahrkomfort ohne Beeinträchtigung der Sicherheitsfunktion des angelegten Sicherheitsgurtes wesentlich verbessert, ohne daß ein großer, auch finanzieller Aufwand zu betreiben ist. Die erfindungs¬ gemäße Vorrichtung "liftet" den betreffenden Teil des Sicher¬ heitsgurtes ein Stück weit, beispielsweise wenige Zenti¬ meter, von insbesondere der Brust, dem Hals oder auch dem Becken des Passagieres ab, so daß er dort auch bessere Be¬ wegungs-freiheit hat, wenn er seine Sitzposition verändern willThe invention consists in that a band is tensioned between the seat belt and a part of the vehicle so that this band lifts that part of the seat belt from the relevant part of the passenger's body that does not cause the feeling of annoyance should. Das Halteelement (8) ist hierbei an den Seitenholm (6a) der Karosserie befestigt, der einerseits zur Abstützung des oberen Rahmenteils mit dem Dach und andererseits zur seitlichen Begrenzung und Halterung der in der Figur gezeig-

Vorrichtung zum Abheben eines Teils eines Sicherheits¬ gurtes vom betreffenden Körperteil des Fahrzeugpassagiers, über den der Sicherheitsgurt gelegt ist, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß ein vor dem Passagier (1) an der Fahrzeugkarosserie (6) oder einem daran befestigten Halteelement (8) fest- spannbares Band (4) - bzw. eine solche Schnur - an einem Ende mit einem Befestigungselement (5) versehen ist, das an der vom Körperteil (3) des Passagiers (1) abzuhebenden Stelle des Sicherheitsgurtes (4) angreift.1.
